To Scott, Ray, Lane and Derek: I cannot thank you enough for all your willingness to truly want to help me, your understanding, patience and concern with my situation, and all of your awesome personalities that made my used SUV processing go by quick and easy. The moment I walked in the door there was Scott holding the door open for me greeting me and asking how he could help me. He spent the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a used SUV (and I was one needy mommy). After talking for a while I ended up taking the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe for a test drive and I loved it! Went into the dealership where Scott continued to make me feel comfortable by offering me something to drink and walked me through each step of trading in my vehicle and buying the used vehicle, he even explained every step of the process he was doing. (Also have to mention that I loved the music they were playing in the dealership as well, sounds weird to mention that but when youre in the dealership for hours the small things matter lol). I then got to meet Ray the manager who was just as awesome and nice as could be. Started talking to me and asking me questions about myself and my family which I thought was thoughtful and genuine. He also would come out and check on me to see how everything was going and would make small talk while Scott was doing paperwork. I never felt like i was just sitting around being bored or wondering how much longer is this going to take, never once did this happen in the whole process. After getting approved I then got to meet Lane for all the financing and signing of the papers. This is honestly the part I dread the most and usually feel the most uncomfortable, but you wont feel that way with Lane! Such an awesome guy as well, again he talked to me as Amanda and not just another customer buying a vehicle. He made the process easy to understand, gave me his honest opinions on what he thinks as far as warranties I did or did not need, he was so much fun and easy going. Last but not least Derek, there were a few spots on the interior of the car that were concerning to me and at one point I wasnt sure if I was going to purchase the SUV because of them, but Derek and I talked and came up with a plan and it is going to be taken care of! I know this is a long review and I will try not to make it too much longer, but I had a family tragedy happen the following day and could not make it back to the dealership to finalize somethings, all of these gentlemen are the most understanding, kind, and caring people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I dont ever write reviews but these men deserve all the praise in the world for how they treated me. If you are thinking about buying a new or used vehicle here, I hope this review is what pushes you to go and gives you the opportunity to meet these great guys! The wizard has most certainly arrived, and his location is what everyone interested in buying a new car should know. His name is Oz Kahn, and he is the new car sales/internet manager at Honda of Owings Mills. My, what a wealth of knowledge he possesses, but this should be no surprise considering his name. He happens to be the one Ive been on the road to find (the yellow, red, black, or green one -- it doesnt matter) for years and years. Never in my life has my buying experience been so truly amazing. For one, Oz is the most gracious and kindest person Ive ever met. He took the time to explain in complete details my costs, my options, my expectations, etc., etc. More than once he stated that he wanted to be sure I was happy and wouldnt, himself, be happy, unless he knew I was. Oz is a dream come true. He brought in Rob Pullo, a highly capable car salesman I know from previous experience to work along with him, as well as Dawn Evans, an over-the-top wonderful and highly efficient finance manager as well. Together, they all worked to give me the best deal possible. I really owe them more than thanks, maybe lunch or dinner for surrounding me with nothing but love, compassion, and support during a time when I needed it most. And, yes, I absolutely, positively, love my 2017 black Honda Fit. Oz is the wizard, maybe not in Kansas, but at Honda of Owings Mills, who made my long-awaited wish come true.

We had awesome experience with Osman Khan (Oz Khan) for shopping for our vehicle. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didnt even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Osman took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. Usman went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. I ended up getting a brand new car that I love and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and how everything was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. He had our car already clean, before we took the car out of the lot, he had our car cleaned again. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I highly recommend Osman. Thank you so much for the fabulous experience. Will definitely come back to you for future purchase. I also want to thank Miss Dawn E. Evans for great service. She explained all the paperwork in very easy way, also made sure we understood each and everything on the documents. Edit: This was originally a one star review. They took notice and contacted me to make it right and went above and beyond what I expected. The car was cosmetically damaged while in their care for a recall and it seemed like the rep stopped replying when I pointed it out with pictures. He was on vacation and forgot his out of office (weve all done it). They replaced the mirror and detailed the entire car, inside and out when I had only expected them to pay attention to the parts that were damaged by them. They even made some other previous scratches on the other side of the car from someone hitting our car at Home Depot look much better. They were persistent in contacting me to make it right and I appreciate that since I had been working many hours and had so much on my plate. Tim Hardiek is the reps name, thanks Tim. Original review summary: Had my car taken here for a recall, while my car was in their care they scratched the paint and put a deep gouge in the driver side rear view mirror. They stopped responding to my email after I pointed that out and have been trying to follow up. I suggest avoiding this place.
