The worst car buying experience ever they will tell you anything to get you in there location once youre there they get your info off your ID log it into thier system with your phone number and when you find a car you like, in your price range -for some reason once they add all of there bs fees 1661.52 worth of fees the car you like is now outside your budget the check you have isnt enough, incomes the new double dip service feature where they want to use their banks to finace you to get the car dealership and their bank more money-if you wisely say no then they cant do the deal -sorry and no it dosent end there you leave and they use your info to contact you a few days later the same company different location come on in we can help you they say at this location we want your business were aggresive when it comes to pricing -you get there and its the exact same song and dance and you are now 1500 worth of fees away you get that kind of help another half a day wasted.They are willing to let 20-30000 walk for 1500 never seen it before thats not business that is greed leave these people alone these kind of price manipulation tactics are used daily on the elderly and women and I dont like it at all-not right

I went into Hall to get a oil change and my inspection my appointment was at 8:30. I got there I was greeted and my information was taken. I told the young lady that my piece on my steering wheel. Where the cruise control was had come loose so when. I spoke to the tech he said that my car was still under warranty but I also have the extended warranty on my car as well. So my car was finish but the piece did not get fix because. The tech said it look like someone pulled it apart now. I am the only person that drives my car why would I pull a piece off the my steering wheel a piece I use to function my car. So then I was told it would cost like 200 to get it fix but then when he gave me the quote it over was 400 dollars and the part had gone up to over 300 dollars. So what I am trying to figure is if my car is under warranty why wasnt my piece fix. Like I explain to them clamps do break to but the issue didnt get resolve. I went online found the same piece for 77 dollars brand new. But yet they still wanted to charge me over 400 dollars for a 77 dollar piece . Wow very displeased with the service.

We bought our new 17 Accord Hybrid Touring the other day from Ken at Hall Honda and the experience couldnt have played out better. We went to 3 big name dealerships in the HR area, and no one could match what Hall was willing to give. One dealership had the right price for the car, but wouldnt budge on the price of our trade-in, another dealership was the opposite, and the last dealership before finding Hall, didnt have the car we wanted at all. The selection is beyond compare here--they have 60 hybrid accords, compared to, at best, 14 from the "other guys." We knew what we wanted and with Hall Honda we got exactly what was desired. The whole process took around 3 hours, and we left with no complaints, and no regrets. Thanks Hall, and Ken!

I was not in the market for a new vehicle, however after going into Hall Nissan to get some information, I was amazed at all Hall Nissan was able to offer and help me with. Every area was painless, from the questions to the finance dept! Eric King assisted me in everything from the features, to the cosmetic design, he was very knowledgeable, he listened to what i was looking for and what i needed and was able to help me select the best car for me!! The entire staff was super helpful, patient and kind. Ismael Hidalgo has been super amazing with all my post sale needs, questions and concerns, I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and I commend each one for their superb customer service and beyond great, new car, purchase, experience!!!

We went to Hall Nissan of Western Branch in Chesapeake not anticipating to buy a car my wife saw online. However, after meeting the general manager, Joe Cuellar, we felt a comfort zone being established. We were introduced to our salesman, Charles Baker, who continued the tone and although he may have felt our reluctance about purchasing a car, Charles continued to be personable, professional, and polite during our experience. He made sure we were comfortable and was attentive to our needs, at the dealership and thereafter. It was also his motto from the get go, "I work for you now" and we hadnt even made a deal yet, that resonated trust. Overall, we didnt feel pressed nor did we feel rushed. It was a pleasant experience!

I will be coming to Hall Nissan for all of my service needs from now on! Had a FANTASTIC service advisor named Michael. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had, with a certainty that told me he knows what hes talking about. I went in for routine 3mnth service, and I was in and out in no time! Unlike Nissan of Chesapeake on Battlefield Blvd, who have actually "MISPLACED MY CAR AND KEYS," to quote the service advisor who left me sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours, during an oil change which I made an appointment for. The Western Branch location may be less convenient for me, but at least they havent LOST MY CAR! Thank you for all of your help Michael! You are amazing!!!!

Hall Nissan Chesapeake is the ONLY place I will go for my vehicle needs. My family has purchased all of our cars from here, and Eric King took wonderful care of us each time. More recently, Robert Bennett in the service department has shown us excellent customer service. Each and every time I take my car in for regular mantience, Robert has immediately greeted me and gotten my car started on. The whole time I wait, he keeps me informed of whats going on and my car is always ready when promised, with service always being done properly. I never feel unwelcome or uninformed while Robert is taking care of me. I will always return to Hall Nissan Chesapeake for my needs!

Michael was amazing! I love the text communication! It worked wonders in keeping me informed and up to date of every issue with my car while in service. It was very interactive and It put me in direct real time communication with him! He was able to send me all of the issues with the car via the text service with hypertinks explaining everything I did not understand. It helped me to make the most informed decision on the car! Thanks Michael for great service and a great refreshing way of getting my car serviced. I would definitely recommend!!! I have not yet had service like this at any dealership!

I never thought I would go back to Hall Nissan, but the day I walked in and Mr Charles Baker assisted me, I felt the service was very personal, he not only had a understanding attitude but he also took good care of me as if I were family, he was efficient, thorough, and he was persistant with timing, I was in a bit of a hurry, and tired but he executed the sale at top performance, I could not ask for a better company or a better sales associate, also he put me in a vehicle that I never imagined having... I have to say thank you! Mr Charles baker And hall Nissan you guys are awsome!
