My family and I have fallen on hard times recently and needed to sell our truck and get into something more fuel efficient. We had posted on craigs list and got very few responses because of some of the issues that our truck had. Bailey contacted us about a possible trade in and my wife made some time and went in to the office to see what they could offer us. They gave us about what we were looking for in trade and offered to put us in a vehicle that was everything we needed but at first was less money back than we really needed. My wife left the dealership to bring me the numbers later that night and on her way home received a phone call that they would be able to bring the price down about an additional 500 dollars and offered to pay for the title and registration fee which can be about 270 dollars. They knocked off over 10% of the vehicle value. I realize one would say they were just trying to sell the car but they did not have to and the extra money was what we needed to pay our bills that are slowly overwhelming us. I can not thank them enough for saving my family and giving us another month to make it through and find another source of income. This is the place to go and please ask for Bailey she is very nice and will do you right.

My wife and I originally went to browse for a Nissan Altima. But after dealing with Ron Smith and his sales expertise we began to feel more and more that a purchase from him would be likely. He went out of his way to answer questions, get keys for different vehicles, explain different options, and provide feedback on the sale price and financing. Many test drives were arranged for us and applied no pressure at any time which only made us feel very comfortable at every step of the journey. We had originally decided to think on the decision for the weekend. But while driving home my wife and I could only talk about how Ron had made the whole process so easy. So we turned around after going only a few miles, walked into the showroom and told him wed like to buy. It was a busy Saturday but in no way were we ever made to feel rushed. He arranged to have the car gassed and cleaned up and this all happened while we signed the paperwork. He is a credit to the dealership and look forward to re-telling our story to friends and family members.

Just to be clear about Apple Nissan, this is the second used Nissan Altima that I have purchased from them. I would highly recommend Apple Nissan in York to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Both of my experiences were good, but I must say that this second time having Travis Bailey as my salesman, made this experience far better than the first time. I have never had such a hassle free, easy experience when purchasing a car. Travis went the extra mile for me every chance he had. He got me into the right vehicle, got the right price not only for my trade in, but also worked hard with Jim to get the right price for the new Altima! He and Jim, the finance guy made my experience one that I will always remember. If anyone wants to know where to buy a car or to get good service, I will be sending them to Apple Nissan. A big thank you goes out to Travis and Jim for an excellent job in selling and financing. You guys are awesome. Thanks again.

For several months I have been looking for a replacement for my 2001 Ford Escape. I was interested in purchasing another v6 Escape between 2007 and 2012. Ford made an upgrade in 2007 which makes the engine much easier to maintain among other improvements. After 2012 Ford introduced the 4 cylinder engine which provides better fuel economy at the sacrifice of performance. I was thrilled to find a 2010 Ford Escape with only 20,000 miles at York Nissan and in excellent condition (garage kept - perfect body no scratches or dents) - just what I had been looking for. The salesman Ernest was very pleasant to deal with. He arranged for me to get the 5 digit manufactures code to access the remote keyboard outside the drivers door. He also obtained and installed a front license tag bracket which I needed in Maryland. He was eager to help before and after the sale - I would say he provided outstanding service!

I have to say I tried to get a car loan through just about every car dealership near and far and couldnt get approved anywhere. I heard of good things about apple Nissan and then being able to get anyone approved so finally after a month of searching and never getting approved I thought to give them a try. I went in and met with T, she was very helpful with the whole process which was indeed a lengthy one. I ended up getting approved for something that wasnt exactly what I was looking for but ended becoming all that I needed. I am very grateful that I gave apple Nissan a chance because if it wasnt for them I most likely still wouldnt be driving a good car. Thanks apple Nissan. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the long wait for everything. But this was my first car buying experience so maybe it takes this long everywhere. Unsure of that. I would send any family or friend to apple Nissan.

I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this dealership. Everyone I worked with were so unorganized and dishonest. I wasted so much time and money and received nothing I was told. The value of the car I bought was overpriced and I was told it would be lowered instead they raised it!! I had to ask questions about the car and warranty and gap insurance and payments and so forth. Isnt this something they should have prepared for you already!!? When I signed my paperwork under a completely different understanding about what the deal was I was informed half way through signing. I felt betrayed, and trapped. .. it was to late to back out. When I got the car I purchased it was dirty, the lock on the back passage door does not work, and things I asked to be fixed werent. I honestly hate this car because of everything I went through and what Im stuck with paying!!! Stay far far away!!!!

I took my 2005 Nissan Altima for AC repair last year, they replaced 3 different parts, I had to take it back 3 different times, spent $1800, and when they gave my car back, my AC STILL wasnt fixed, I was so frustrated I just traded it in on a 2010 Altima. Their sales team was fabulous and I would deal with them again. This week I made an appointment with their service dept. for my 2010s 15,000 mile service and was quoted $189 - out of curiosity I called Lancaster Nissan and was quoted $115 - I called Apple back and explained that Lancaster was $74 cheaper for the same service, and they did not offer to match the price so obviously I took it to Lancaster Nissan and will continue to take my car there for service - their waiting room is much nicer as well.

I did not have high hopes walking into this dealership. My credit was not great (not even good), but I needed a new/used/different car. The salesman told me my options (a 2015 car!!!) and I couldnt believe it! The interest rate is a bit higher than someone with good or perfect credit would be, but thats the sacrifice you make...I was just happy to be approved and it will help my credit. We were there for a good bit (4 hours), test drove 2 cars and I found my car! Monte was awesome. Helped me get everything situated (even found an error with my insurance!). I would definitely go back to them if the need ever arises! Unfortunately, I only remember Monte and Andres...there were several other employees who helped me out and I wish I could remember!
