A tow truck dropped off my 2007 Chrysler off to the dealership on 02 June 2017 and didnt get it back until 09 June 2017. When I got it back, I didnt notice until a couple hours later that there was a big crack in the front left side of my front bumper. I tried calling the dealership around 6-7pm and was told I cant do anything but call Monday at 08:00am to talk to them about the damage. Why would I wait? So i could be blamed? I also tried to leave a voicemail but the voicemail was full. Also my ignition was put in very sloppy, and Im having problems with it that I didnt have before. Horrible I know. I spoke to the head of corporate and he was very rude when conversing with me. He also told me to call back Monday. I was contacted by the owner of the dealership 11 June 17 regarding this incident. He was more caring towards my situation. He told me hed look at the dealership videos and get back to me on Tuesday.

I went in to get the Takata Airbag recall taken care of in my Charger. However, when I was driving there I smelt gas and upon arrival I asked Tim (service writer on the Red Team) to have one of his guys take a look for me. They diagnosed the problem and unfortunately it was incorrect (I still used the part as a preemptive precaution). BUT, after I did some investigating I located the actual problem, ordered the part and had the issue addressed ASAP. I called Bobby the Service Manager and he was more than accommodating with me. Bobby and his team zoned in on the issue which I was later able to properly resolve. There is a reason this dealership has a 4.6 rating out of 5 and it is because folks like Tim and Bobby who work with the customer while also taking care of their team. Very much appreciated their help and always respectful attitude towards me as a customer.

Let me start by saying my entire career has been working in automotive dealerships.For 43 years i have been involved in all aspects and a Manager for the pass 15 . I never revealed this fact when I went in to Pomoco, Newport news . I then found myself in one of best buying experience I have ever had. Our sales person Kevin was just what you are looking for when shopping for a new vehicle. All the employees were smiling and acknowledged you when walking by. I threw them a curve when I requested to take the Truck overnight and put it to the task I needed it for. The Manager talked to me about my needs and allowed my request. I returned the following day told them what I wanted to pay and in less than a hour I was on my way home with our new truck. From the receptionist to the Finance manager I say GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!

3 days before my birthday my car was hit while i was parked and away from my car. I called Jane at the body shop and she got me in for an estimate right away. She then scheduled me a time to come back in to drop my vehicle off to get repaired. To be honest i didnt know how well they were going to be able to fix it considering i had deep scratches and the quarter panel on my vehicle was separated from my vehicle. ALL I CAN SAY IS I WAS WRONG. my vehicle looks AMAZING. It looks like nothing ever happened to it in the first place. To say i am thrilled is an understatement. Thank you so much Pomoco body shop for making this such a painless experience and thank you so much for fixing my baby. If you ever need ANY body work done to your vehicle call Jane immediately she will make sure you are WELL taken care of!!!

Kevin is hands down the best car salesman, Ive ever given my money to and to be honest, I have lost more than Ive gained. Today, I am in Greece working for Military AutoSource which sells cars to Military, DOD Civilans and contractor deployed on orders for 30 days or longer. I am like Kevin, I look out for the customer and deliver them the best deal period. Its not about putting money in our pocket, its about helping you keep it. I am saying this because, I hate car salemen, they are some of the most dishonest people on the planet however, Kevin stands tall above them all. He is a man of his word, honest, kind hearted and will deliver you the best deal in Hampton Roads. I have had terrible experiences at car dealerships (where I bought my car, where I tried to take it for service the first time). I came to Pomocos Service Department on a whim to get a scheduled maintenance thing completed. The guy who runs the oil change department (3rd door when you walk in), I believe his name is RoSean - is professional, friendly, and the most helpful car-dealership employee I have EVER encountered. He is also quick/ you can tell he values your time. Becky and the other woman who work behind the counter at "pick up" are also top notch. When my car needs to be replaced, I will go to Pomoco specifically because of the positive experience these service staff members have provided me. I will only go here for service. You can tell they care about their customers.

Our Sales Consultant was Mike Wiseman with Pomoco Auto Group on Jefferson Ave in Newport New. Our buying experience was a pleasant one. We give them a 5 star rating. From the moment we drove onto the lot, my wife and I was greeted with smiles, warm hand shakes and introductions. The first person I met was the General Manager David Lawson who introduced us to Mike who performed admirably. We are return customers and will tell everyone we know about them. Anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle should give them a chance to make their day. Time to put that new vehicle on the road to take the wife on a date to a nice eatery in Richmond and a movie. Thanks Dave and Mike.

After searching up and down the east coast for a Scat Pack Challenger and getting the run around, I came across Pomoco Dodge. I dealt with Angelo Argyropoulos who could not have been more honest,helpful and a true gentleman. He was not your typical pushy salesman,answered all my questions and gave me the best deal out of the 8 or 9 dealers that I had spoken to. He worked with me on the price and was available for my many phone calls. We struck a deal and I flew down from New York to pick up my new Challenger. I also met the sales manager and the owner of the dealership. It is an awesome place to get your next Chrysler product. I will purchase my next vehicle from them for sure.

Buying my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was a breeze at this dealership. I had done my research and knew precisely what I wanted. However, I had a few questions about some features, which salesman Angelo Argyropoulos answered for me. This was a first time for me, buying a new vehicle on my own. I was treated courteously and professionally throughout the whole process. My Jeep had to be ordered, and when it arrived, it was exactly right.
