LEMON SELLER and DISHONEST SALESMAN. I went to buy a vehicle from Dave and was told that I could not test drive it due to the fact that it was blocked by other cars(I had been calling all week to give advance notice that I would be coming). I did a brief visual inspection. I had done my research and decided that was the car I wanted. He told me to come back during the next week and the car would be ready to be road tested. I obliged and even left a $100 deposit to make sure he would not sell it to anyone else. I planned to come back in a week and he informed me that it would be ready by then. I called to check to the status of the vehicle two days before my appointment and he said all was well. When I arrived for my appointment he told me that he had bad news. The car that I had selected had an engine problem. Red flag #1. He offered me a model year older car for the same price with less miles. It sounded like I was getting a deal. In actuality it was a accident recovered car with an odometer reading 75,000 miles less than the actual mileage. They had taken a car that wasnt selling(as I observed earlier from the website) and simply turned the odometer back. Long story short I bought the car under a dealer warranty and I have something new to fix everyday. My only saving grace is having mechanically inclined acquaintances that are willing to do me favors. Vesta mechanics claimed they were giving me a new battery but all they gave me was a bad battery from an even older vehicle. The title had a mileage completely different from the odometer. What gave it away was the oil change sticker that they forgot on the inside. Dave is shady and will/do say whatever to make the sale. As a past used car salesman myself, this is unacceptable and unscrupulous. Please take your tax return and buy elsewhere. If you dont, you will deeply regret it.

I bought a 2004 Subaru Forester XT and drove it litterly like 2 miles and all hell started breaking loose they told me they had replaced the turbo and put a reman turbo on but forgot to replace the banjo bolt which was clogged and stopped oil flow causing the new turbo to go, the car smelled like it was leaking oil onto the exhaust which turned out to be a clogged catalytic converter that was burning the axle boot and transmission seal it almost caught fire luckily I cought it soon enough and was able to stop the red embers from turning into flames. I tried to call these guys and reason with them and tried to get an invoice for that turbo they replaced so I could do a warranty exchange and fix it the right way they wouldnt even answer my calls or texts now I need to replace a transmission, a turbo, an intercooler, an axle and seal. Thats not including what ever else may he wrong with the car. I had to have the car towed 130 miles back to south jersey for repairs. Do your selves a favor do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership they buy cheap cars from auction and do the most minimum amount of expense they need to make a customer think they are buying a good car they wouldnt even let me inspect the car with a floor jack.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. i thought i was getting a great price because this place obviously has low overhead and a ton of mechanics around, but they sold my a car with a TON OF PROBLEMS. they do not to ANY work on the cars to fix them up for sale. my car needed bearings, brakes, a timing belt, and now it is having TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASE. on top of that, the owners are sleazes because he sold me a car with a DEAD BATTERY so my car wouldnt start again and Autozone couldnt get enough charge for a battery test. i mean, really? he told me he put an "older" battery in there and i should keep my car running for an hour and i should be fine. the least he could do is tell me he put a DEAD battery in there and I wouldve just gone strait to autozone on my way home. honesty is definitely not their policy.

I saw the other reviews***** BUYER PAY ATTENTION****This is a dealership that sells cars as they are, not fancy, but they sure are a good deal and will get you where you need to go. ********* I bought my 01 Land Rover discovery from Vesta 2 years ago. It runs and drives perfectly, with only one minor problem with the power seats (which I fixed). I was so pleased with the kind and direct service they provide, my mom and uncle have both bought cars from Dave. Dave sold me my car AS-IS, and I got the best price - I compared at other dealerships and they were 2k more than the price I got. Vesta refers customers to a third party to finance, and I got the extra insurance incase to cover the critical parts in my car. Overall excellent value, and years later i am still referring my friends and family to vesta.

This place is not even worthy of a one star. I bought a car, and it had soooooo many problems with it such as air conditioning, the gas gauge not working, the car not taking gas at the gas station, oil leaks , the windshield broken and a lot of other thinks that Dave had patched up until i started driving the car home. Literally the same night i drove it home me and my friend got stuck on the road- the gas guage wasnt working. When i inquired about this before we left the lot he said the floater was stuck and that I had to drive it a lot for it to move. So i bought this LEMON and I am now stuck with it, he lied, and should get a lawsuit but i bought it in "as is" condition. BE AWARE. this guy is a SCAMMER

I bought a car from vesta in march 2016 with my tax return. they were straightforward to the point, and i got the car AS IS its a year later and it works great still. I got a Cadillac and it gets me from A to B. I looked in DMV for a car under 6K and found Vesta from a friend. I think he sells for the cheapest prices in the area I checked 3 other DMV dealerships they were a rip off crappy cars didnt look good. Dave is a STRAIGHT SHOOTER he will tell you based on what u want which cars to look at. I told him my budget, I love Cadillacs, and he got me in one thankks Dave
