Buyer beware! Buyer beware! I was in the market to buy a vehicle specifically a 2015-2016 Charger and I came across tons of them here in NC but I was not drawn to the ones I was finding here. I decided to see what more options I would have if I branched further out. After a couple of hours online I Came across Carsmart in Temple Hills MD. They had a 2015 Charger with 49k miles on the engine, looked great and had everything I wanted. So I called and inquired and told them that I am out of state and would like to purchase but I have lots of questions. So they paired me with Ishmail the sales manager. Lets just say they put on a front till after you buy! So I asked all the basic questions like, issues? Extra keys? How many owners? Last time it was serviced? And was there an multi inspection done? Of course they told me everything I wanted to hear but didnt know it till later. So I talk it over with my fiancé and she say sure lets buy the car, and so I call them back. I told them everything, had my own finanacing but needed bill of sale. They were quick with getting everything to me and the bank. So I get a rental and my fiancé and I make the 4 1/2 hour journey to get the car from MD so I can bring back to NC. After 4 hours I get there and everything looks good and we sit down to finalize paperwork. I ask just to make sure that everything is good with the vehicle and Ishmail goes yes, do you wanna test drive? Of course I do so I proceeded to test drive, drove fine and had no issues. We get back to the dealership and Im signing away and we start talking about warranty, they said we have a 1000 or 30 day 100% engine and transmission warranty, awesome! I asked how will that work with me being out of state, Ishmail and they other sales person goes to my fiancé and I and says " it wont be an issue, because we know your outta state and we will get it taken care of for you". Sweet! Continued to sign and eventually drove off, I get half way back to NC and started to notice a little bit of play in the steering wheel. So I thought to myself that the tire must be off balanced. So I finally get back to NC, and we immedialty go to bed because we had to catch a flight in the AM. Fast forward we get back, a week later and I go to start my car and theres a loud whining noise when it started, not knowing what it is and also wanting the tires checked, I schedule an appointment at the dodge dealership here locally(NC). I get a rental while my car is getting looked at, which I paid for. Anyways I get a call back and if course I get the bad news. Idler pulley is worn out, the front strut tensioners are worn out, OH! And all my skid plates covering the oil pan and the lower portion of the motor is missing. All in all $1200 worth of parts and labor. So I call them, they want me to drive all the way back to MD, leave the car there, drive back to NC, waiting to have it fixed, then drive all the way back to MD to pick the vehicle back up. That was there only solution?! Seriously?! After explaining. To them what he manager told me they still wouldnt do anything but gues what!?! I have the entire conversation with the manager dealership on recording for this exact reasoning! So needless to say I have contact my lawyer and he will be filling paper work on Monday if they are unwilling to get this taken care of. I will update this review once I hear back and what the end result is.

Man honestly I dont know where to start! All I can say is that my car buying experience with CarSmart was G.R.E.A.T!!!!!! I went in not really knowing what I wanted to Drive off with. The staff is extremely pleasant, and helpful. they have a Huge inventory to choose from NEW & USED CARS! I was in and out in less then 4 Hours. This being my very first car the staff made me feel very confidant in my choice of vehicle. Ajmal worked to get me the best rates and deal possible. I drove off that day with a 2013 chevy cruze THAT ONLY HAD 17,000 miles taken off. When I spoke to the insurance representative from state farm she said "WOW, You basically Brought a new car". Im so Thankful I made CarSmart my first choice and I thank you guys for working with me every step of the way.

This, by far, was the easiest and painless car buying experience I have ever had. This is my second vehicle purchase, and I have never felt so at home and taken care of in the dealership. Dawlat was an EXCELLENT salesman. I felt comfortable asking as many questions necessary during and after my test drive. He was patient while I mulled over the details of different vehicles (I may have sat in every car in the lot)! Never once did I feel rushed. He is knowledgeable and charismatic, truly an asset to the Carsmart team. I am completely in love with my new car, and will definitely refer this dealership to all of my friends and family looking for a new car. Excellent work, guys!

Aj and James were absolutely the best. Their Customer service is 100% where it needs to be. I came Thursday night before closing for a red 2015 Altima. I looked at a silver one with the same features , and automatically fell in love with how comfortable the seats were on my back. They offered to have the car color I really wanted transferred from their Woodbridge location by Friday morning. They didnt pressure me to make a purchase. They answered all of my questions. All of their vehicles come with warranties. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for superior car buying experience to come here first. I will be back in the future.

Horrible!!!! They lied and provided all kinds of false information JUST TO GET US TO DRIVE ALMOST 3 HOURS AWAY... just to give us bad news.. After the sales rep said she had already spoken to finance and everything..and reported on 3 different occasions that everything Was approved by ALL PARTIES INVOLVED! Dont WASTE YOUR TIME , GO WHERE THEYLL GIVE U THE HONEST TRUTH BC THESE people will tell u ANYTHING TO GET U THERE N GET SOME DAMN Commission! RUUUUUUNNNN!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING, FRAUDS!! RAN OUR CREDIT SEVERAL TIMES !!!!; I DONT WANT TO GIVE EVEN 1 STAR but they make u choose at least one!!!!!

I was so excited when not ONE but TWO of my family memebers said that they were able to get cars from carsmart with no money down and no issues with a low car rate. So today I myself and pulling off in a nissan altima fully loaded bose interior with 17000 miles for a note that doesnt even phase my pocket. You have to come here! They also haabe multiple lots so you have like a billion options. If you need a car today come to carsmart. Be smart about it. Duh and you have to ask for Yuneke (unique) tell her anastasha sent you. My experience here today was the best. It was my first time having to purchase a car from a dealer and RANEE FLOWERS GIRL YOU ROCK... She was so welcoming customer service skills were great. Overall they made me feel like the travel was with it and any and every one I here thinking of buying a car they will be my referral. Thanks again Carsmart and a special thanx to my representative Ranee Flowers please ask for her shes great..... Yes I walked away with not the car I wanted but with a better year car and better deal.
