THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY GLASSES-WEARING LIFE !! I sat through THREE exams with 2 different Pearle "optometrists", TWO measurements, and TWO pairs of blended bifocals that they never got right !! NO QUALITY CONTROL at Pearle !! I made EIGHT return visits for adjustments & exams and my old glasses were still better than the crap Pearle made for me !! The 2nd optometrist said that the bifocal was made too high so distance images were fuzzy. Why didnt the 1st optometrist catch that error ?? BOTH BIFOCAL LENSES WERE NOT PROPERLY MADE AND THUS NOT CONVERGED FOR SHARP DETAIL !! To top it off, they are giving me the runaround on my refund. They claim that the former owner "Luxottica" has to do the refund not Pearle corporate. Such B.S. & sleazy business practices !! I returned the glasses on 1/27/16, made them sign a letter on their stationary to that effect & reported them to my credit card company. The Pearle representative Jayne McArdle I spoke to would not even give me a phone # to call her back about my refund progress. The store manager Melissa Mangill would not give me the phone # either CLAIMING IT WAS A PRIVATE # !! Since when is a business # a PRIVATE # ??? YOU NEED TO GOOGLE "PEARLE COMPLAINTS" AND AVOID THESE IDIOTS AT ALL COSTS !! Apparently this is typical of their brand of "customer service". By the way, Ive spent a good 40 minutes on the 1-800-YES-EYES line AND HAVE YET TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING !! Pearle is PATHETIC & DISGRACEFUL !!! RATING: NO STARS !!!!!!!

Literally the worst customer service that Ive ever received! I was initially told that my glasses would be ready in two business weeks but they were not delivered until a day shy of a month. I was on vacation with broken glasses when my new ones were finally delivered. I had to overnight ship my glasses to Florida so that I would be able to see correctly. They had no explanation for the delay, just a bunch of excuses. I contacted the corporate customer service and did not receive a reply for 10 days! I was then told that a manager from the store would be contacting me, but it has been almost two weeks with no response! Save your time and frustration and find an eyeglass establishment that values their customers!

Stopped by today at 6:05 PM on Monday, December 19th, 2016. The hours on the website and that say theyre open from 9 AM to 8 PM but they were closing up shop, and turning out the lights. So now I cant get my glasses fixed, or make any purchases. This is why people go to Walmart. It is bad enough the prices are high, but the service at this location is ridiculous.

On 2 occasions, I planned my day around stopping to pick up contacts. The website and their door said they were open until 8:00pm. The first time, I got there at 7:40 and they were closed. The second time, I got there at 7:15 and they were closed. Extremely frustrating.

Have not had an eye exam in 6 years. I was nervous about not going to my regular eye doctor, but I will continue going to this pearle vision location. Everyone in this office was patient and extremely helpful. Very cheerful staff. Excellent service.

Website says they are open from 12-5p on Sundays. Drove all the way out to Robinson and the store was closed!! Not Happy. Wasted my time. CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE!!!
