Dont answer the phones no matter the time of day or the amount of times you try, dont return messages either. I decide to take action, and informed them of my intentions. I let them know through a very respectful voice mail, that I was going to call my insurance. That if I received no response on the status of my glasses, I was going to call my insurance and I wasnt going to cover the cost. Text me before the end of business day, that my glasses were ready. The first time I visited was 2 years ago the doctor was decent, but the service was so terrible that I asked for my prescription to get glasses elsewhere. They have a little business "selling glasses" this time my insurance covered $300 for glasses, they still managed to squeeze $28 out of pocket. The lady before me an elderly didnt complete her evaluation she left the doctors office saying that he was too agitated, and she was right, he was. My pupils werent even dilated, and he spoke only of my visit two years ago, for the very short amount of the time that it took for him to evaluate me. Which I was grateful that it ended as quick as it did, he was very agitated and it made me feel uncomfortable and nervous in return. I know this evaluation wasnt worth what my insurance paid for, as I have a condition in my eyes that I was born with. He didnt even mention it, and this is something my eye doctors always bring up becouse its rare. The time you wait its because the two technicians on the other side that are trying to sell you glasses or squeeze an additional fee regardless of your insurance coverage, are busy doing just that. As for the rest of their personnel, two lady employees in the front that do absolutely nothing. We all know from the amount of complaints on the topic, they dont pick up the company phone. But manage to carry their smart phone with them for breaks, or if walking away from their desk in their hands. Really ? Its almost like an insult to the frustrated patients. I just dont understand how these people are still in business. And, please include business hours, no information in the internet, on the useless voice mail or in your business card. I waisted a trip trying to find out the status of my glasses.

THIS IS THE WORST OPTICAL CENTER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! IM SORRY BUT EVERYONE DOESNT SPEAK SPANISH AND THIS LOCATION .IS HORRIBLE. I SELECTED 7 FOR ENGLISH AND YOU STILL GET A SPANISH PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE. I ORDERED GLASSES OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND THEY ARE STILL NOT READY. I ALSO LEFT A $200 DEPOSIT. THE AGENT SAID THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY INSURANCE AND THAT IS INCORRECT! JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH VSP (MY INSURANCE) AND THEY TRIED TO CALL THE OFFICE AND RECEIVE A VOICEMAIL BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES AT 12 NOON. THE AGENT TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HAVE A RECEPTIONIST ANSWERING THE PHONES. NOT MY PROBLEM! I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT OR IT WILL GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

Called the store in Hialeah 3 times left a message and i never got a reply, i went to store ( with handicap chair_) and they were very rude and said i needed an appointment i told them i called many times, and Sherly/Mgr said she only has two hands she can not answer all messages even this one from 3 weeks ago, called three times. I need better customer service.

So, I went into this place a bit skeptical cause of the negative reviews but still decided to try it out and I must say, The staff was friendly and helpful and the optometrist was great! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Glasses done in exactly a week too!

Dont waste your time there. Find another place Appointment for 4pm an hour later and the doctor is not even in the office yet. Very irresponsible!
