Well we took our sons new 2015 Honda in for a recall and first service. They said that it would take a couple of days to complete. We dropped it off on a Saturday and said that we would pick it up the following Saturday. That would give them lots of time to complete. On Tuesday we received a call that one of their guys got hurt and it would take a bit longer. The next day my son calls to get an update. They said that when they went to remove the tank for the recall, they found a broken part and had to order it. ((sounded fishy to me), and would not be in to the following week. The following Wednesday my son calls and they are still waiting on the part. On Friday, my son gets a call stating that the part finally arrived and that we would get the bike back by the end of the day on Saturday. Not trusting them at this point, we called them Saturday morning to make sure that we could pick it up. They said that we could and we double checked to make sure that the first service was also done. They had no clue about the first service even though we had told them more than once over the course of the two long weeks. The funny part is, they originally said the first service takes about 4 hours, and when we called at 2 pm, knowing that they closed at 5, they had not started the service yet. (sounds fishy again). I get there at 4:45 pm, walk in, walk up to the counter and they said that all he has to do is clean it. 30 minutes later I get back a bike that is filthy and with close to an empty tank of gas, which I was lucky to get home because when I arrived at home, I found that the low fuel light switch wiring was just hanging and not even connected. I can go on and on but I dont have the time nor effort to say how annoyed and upset I am regarding the rotten service that this dealer offers. I nor my son will ever go back to MTR.

The absolute worst experience my wife and I have ever had dealing with repairs. Took my 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 500R that I purchased in April 2017 to MTR for a tune up, carburetor cleaning and OEM directional light installment. I also told them to notify me of any other repairs that may need to be done. It took MTR over 7 weeks to clean my carburetors with plenty of excuses as to delays. As the weeks went by, MTR never called us with updates or concerns regarding any additional work that needed to be done. On one occasion, we spoke to Frank, who stated that MTR was losing money fixing my bike. I am a paying customer just like everyone else. MTR has a nerve speaking to a customer and saying things like that. Horrible customer service. Their technicians lack the skills and experience to repair motorcycles in a timely fashion. When I finally received my motorcycle back, I was told I needed to get my valves adjusted. MTR just had my bike for 7 weeks, do you think you guys couldve told me this while you were fixing my bike. They didnt bother to repair anything that should have been repaired besides my lights and carburetor. So now I have to let my motorcycle sit for 15 minutes at a time to warm up. Thanks for your outdated service. You guys are the worst and we hope you go out of business soon. MTR is just another hack shop in Woonsocket. Do not go here. Youll regret it.

Terrible service, be warned. I had an appointment for my motorcycle to be repaired on the 12th and dropped my bike off at MTR the 29th BEFORE so that they could order parts for my service. The 12th came and went with no word from MTR, I called two different times and each time was told "parts will be in 2 or 3 days". I asked that they keep in contact with me and was told someone would stay in touch, that never happened. Finally after having my bike 3 weeks past my appointment I recived a call that it was finished and ready for pick up, I told them Id be down that afternoon for it. I showed up, paid and was told Id be met out front with my bike. After waiting close to a half hour Im told my bike wont start, cant be jumped and the battery is bad and they would be happy to sell me a new battery. I never had a battery issue before and the tech rode my bike to confirm his repair, now Im here and it needs a battery? I wont be buying another battery from MTR and I certainly wont be back. Only wish I could add a photo of the oil running down my case from the fill hole.

I wish they would return to their former glory, to when timely organized service was priority and a time when the parts department was able to find parts you order and get them in quickly... Once upon a time I would go to MTR and order a part and they would have it three days later... Recently I order bike parts and the parts staff lost the package. I had to wait over a month for a part that arrived weeks prior but the parts department was unable to find...

best place around nicest people too, read other comment i believe 3yrs ago they had a new manager so i heard service was not up to snuff back then but i was in 6 weeks ago and dave (service manager) warrentied something that no other dealer would they all wanted to charge me $490. but at mtr it was $0. with all the other dealers closing or trying to scam money from you becouse moneys tight its nice to find motorcycle loving people in this day. ryan

I just bought a brand new 2016 susuki gsxr 1000 and the service was excellent. They help me get the right financing and had the bike ready to pick up quick because it was still in the crate. They were able to squeeze me in for my 500 mile first maintenance check up today because tomorrow is gonna be in the high 80s and I wanted to ride. I highly recommend them and will be shopping there in the future

I brought my bike in there in June and it took them 3 1/2 months to get it back. They are SLOW!!!! and follow up with you only if you hound them to death. I wouldnt bring my bike back to that shop if you paid me!
