I bought my first new bike from the owner, Phil, at American HD in 1979. I was always treated as a valued customer, so when I was looking to buy a new 2013 Street Glide last October I knew that I would only purchase it from American. They have a great business model and there has never been any pressure to buy a bike by overzealous and aggressive sales people (which I absolutely despise). I have always had great experiences with both parts and service and, in my view, American is the only dealer that will ever get my business. Since my history with American goes back some 34 years, its fair to say that I am a customer for life.

Not a huge selection but the staff was amazingly friendly and not at all pushy. On top of that the parts guy shot it straight with me and actually recommended NOT buying an exhaust for the 2017 road glide because it was too new and he felt like it was better to wait. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I didnt pull the trigger but after going to Sheldons (I posted a review there) this is the place I will buy when the time comes.

Not sure where crap reviews came from...bought my bike new there last year and theyve been great from start to finish. No pressure no attitude good suggestions on upgrades (let me listen to pipes on 4 used bikes to help me choose). Dont expect them to hop all over you to sell you a bike - but then the owner, Phil loves em, and knows they sell themselves, and hes great at helping you choose.

Very grumpy state inspection guy, the parts guy very unhelpful, not happy at all, shouldnt be working with public, another guy was called to try to help me and end up telling me that "nobody knows how to work on a vrod here"!!!!!really this were his words , the only good guy was Phill Jr ? I hope thats his name, I would give him 10 stars if I could .

I bought an iron 883 from Fran this last may and a V rod the next month and also got my friend charles to buy another Vrod in the in june , as you can see dealing with fran was so great that we became repeat costumers ,great store great people great atmosphere Lyndon Viana

American Harley Davidson is by far the best dealership Ive ever dealt with. From sales, service,parts Ive always had top notch experiences. Marlene and Fran are awesome to deal with. No pressure and no B.S.. bought two bikes from them and plan to purchase again in the future

Have been going here for parts as well as having service mount tires and every time they have been great. Have had a few questions about problems with my bike and the service dept has helped me every time . When it is time for a new bike I will buy it here.

Wow! Sheldons GM squatting on American HD review page to give bad review? Thats just bad business. How low can you go? What a dirt bag! I guess things havent changed at Sheldons with new management. American is by far the best dealership in central MA.

Made the mistake of buying my Road King Classic at Kellys house of horrors. Never went back. American handled all my break in service and anything else I needed. Upgrading to an Ultra limited this year, it will be from American.

I was glad I got service but, they hinted for me not to come back. They didnt like my bike, 2002 FXSTDI, I have a extended frontend and a Legend Airride. They changed me for $204 for an oil change and filter.

Going there to get a mass inspection sticker is not very enjoyable. They act as though they are doing you a favor. There is a cranky old cuss there who enjoys being rude. Hes such an a hole.
