Very Unfair

Called in June to see if they could fix my jetski was told I needed an appointment in mid July because they were "slammed." Fair enough, I brought my boat in on the day they told me to and it sat in the yard untouched for most of the remainder of the month. When I called for an update, they were annoyed that I was bothering them. Finally picked up my broken boat and brought it to someone reliable. Dont waste your time or money with A1. Awful.

Watch out theyll quote you one price and charge you more when you go to pickup.They promise to call before repairs are done so you know what is going on but dont.
