I have been to three different hardware stores with a vague description of the project I am trying to accomplish. Westlakes was the first where I had knowledgeable and helpful staff. On a summer Saturday, the store was busy, but someone offered to help me within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Two people were helping me problem solved, but it was Vick who came up with a solution. I will return the next time I have a hardware question.

I pretty much always go to Ranchmart Ace because its closer to home, but went to this one the other day since Ranchmart was out of the light bulbs I needed. This place is great! A good-size store with great selection and extremely helpful staff. I think from now on Ill mix it up and go north on Mission to this store instead of south to Ranchmart every time.

O.k. service on the phone when you call. Once I got there I didnt get any help with finding an item. Got a key made with them and it didnt even work and they wouldnt refund my money. Staying with going to Home Depot
