DONT EVER USE !! Worst ever. Took off from work for a scheduled pick up of our dryer and they called the day of to reschedule to the next day at 9am. Took off yet another day of work and 11am comes and goes and no one to pick it up. Called yet again and they said sorry have to reschedule yet again. Wont offer any money back wont even let me physically drop off the dryer where it needs to go. Oh ya and they are still billing me for it even though I have tried to return it for almost 3 weeks now ! worst customer service Ive dealt with. More painful than dealing with cable company !

Good luck getting your appliances delivered. The delivery date came and went and still no appliances. The delivery date then changed without being notified. The following day, the delivery time changed three times, still without being notified. Hopefully my appliances arrive some day or they notify me of an exact date and time as they play free for all.

We rented a stack-able washer and dryer for 4 years. We purchased the additional insurance for repairs. The machines worked good, and we received a replacement when the first one wore out. Good service and Id rent from them again.
