This is why I will ONLY shop at Home Depot from now on: I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes in Fort Smith, AR on 02.21.2016 and today is 03.28.2016 and I still have not received it! First time it was delivered with a dent in the front door, second time the delivery people never showed up, third time it showed up with a dent in the left side and the fourth time again they never showed up! The delivery guy named Tyler on the third delivery said, "its just a small dent". If I wanted a refrigerator with a dent in it, I would have bought one from Goodwill and not payed a fortune for a new one! Each time I called and spoke to Jeremy in charge of delivery, Bob in appliances and Eric the GSM and each time they all said, "I promise it wont have a dent in it and I promise the delivery crew will show up"! I honestly think the delivery crew have quite the scam going on, denting appliances and not showing up, so they can purchase items at an even lower returned/damaged employee discount!!!! Not once did any member of lowes during this entire 37 days every go above and beyond, do the best of their ability or even just barely do their job! When you call lowes, not one manager has voicemail, so you have to keep calling in order to reach anyone. The delivery crew never answers their phone and also does not have voicemail set up. I finally asked for a full refund today! I will NEVER shop there again, not EVER! I will tell everyone online and everyone I know NOT to shop there! I will take my thousands of dollars and ONLY shop at Home Depot, like I should of in the first place!!!

We are trying to get floors laid in our new home but been held up for 2 weeks waiting on grout to come in. We were told it would be in last Tuesday but drove 30 minutes to the store and they gave us the incorrect date of the shipment. Called today to see if they received the shipment but they cant allow us to pick it up until 7pm....our tile guy is suppose to start at 5pm. After waiting 2 weeks for it to come in they only got a shipment of 4 boxes and we need 3. When I asked why they would order such a small amount of a grout they have been out of for 2 weeks I was told "the computers do all the ordering". We have now purchased 64 boxes of tile and have had to load every bit of it ourselves because no one is ever available to assist you because they are all too busy. Not to mention all the bags of thin set and grout we have loaded ourselves too. When someone is willing to spend over $6000.00 in your store your employees should be more than willing to assist and if youre too busy to help customers then Id suggest hiring a larger staff. Cant wait to be done shopping at Home Depot!

I ordered a gas cookstove and paid for it on 6/1/17 and was told it would be available for pick up on 6/13/17. I called on that date and was told it wasnt in yet. I called the next day and again it wasnt in. The next day I callled 3 times before someone finally told me that due to some sort of computer glitch my order had been cancelled they reordered it and I was told that it would be in by today 6/27/17, I called today and again got the good old telephone shuffle just to be told once again that my stove isnt there that in fact their vendor shows no record of either order ever being placed and they cant even tell me with any certainty why! But guess what!?! If I will give them another 2 weeks they can have it delivered to my home! Really!?? I think I am entitled to the least expensive gas cookstove that they actually have in store at this point. I think its the only way I will ever get a stove at this point and I think they owe it to me for the price I have already paid since I have had to deal with all of their mistakes!

I bought a second set of Milwaukee nut drivers. The price was definitely right. But while on the job I realized that I was missing the 1/2 inch out of the set. When I was using them another tech had the same tools so I thought he had accidentally taken it. So while at the home Depot the other day I purchased yet another set. After I got them home I realized there was no 1/2" in the set. So instead of having the tools I need to earn my living, I now have 2 partial sets of tools. Now I am Leary of using home Depot ever again because of deceptive practices by one of your vendors. They cost you business

Ann the lady was very helpful... and at the end sold us a fridge, washer/dryer, gas stove, portable dish washer and a stand up deep freezer. All for $3100 NOT TO BAD !! And if May Tag goes on sell in the next 30 days we get that money difference. Awesome

The staff is friendly enough, however the store is always dirty and stuff in the aisle. The bathrooms(mens) are disgusting. All three stalls backed up with feces and all over the walls and floors too. Doubtful they ever get cleaned

Do they train their employees to have a dead behind the eyes look or do they hire them that way. Can never find some one IN the department you are shopping. Always have to go to the next department.
