This is my experience about Appliance smart, today is April 15, 2016. I purchased 4 items , refrigerator, stove, micro oven, and dishwasher in April 11 2016, and paid in full and also paid for delivery . They agreed to deliver on Wednesday, April 14, 2016. We replaced the appliances because of selling the current house, and I scheduled the photographer for taking picture after confirmed Wednesday delivery. April 11, in Appliance store, i confirmed again and again , confirmed very firmly with a female associate, and let her know very clearly about my issue. She said , she can 100% guarantee for delivering in Wednesday. However, I waited 4 days, and in Wednesday morning , Appliance Smart call me that they will deliver in Thursday, not on Wednesday. Then I called that female associate , what is going on, she just simply said, I am sorry, we cant do it, and I made mistake. There is no any explanation about her 100% guarantee, then I called the manager , he said same thing that "she made mistake and everybody makes mistake", and they wont deliver on Wednesday. In this way, they wasted my two days, the most importantly, I was told that before delivery arrives dissemble all appliances from the wall and power. I did accordingly, and destroyed the normal working appliances under the impression that they new delivery will come. As a result, they failed the delivery, I wasted my time, I lost all my appliances, and I also failed the photographic schedule. If we calculate the whole process, I lost huge with dealing with Appliance Smart. The worst thing was, the female associate of Appliance Smart, has so rude, disconnected my phone when I asked why. So, I learned some lessons from them. 1. You have to very careful when dealing with them, they never keep on what they said. 2. Never trust their delivery or other promise, never dissemble your appliances before seeing the real appliances. 3. Other than some damaged electronic, all normal prices is higher than Menards. So , go to Menards, they have good quality, good services, and most importantly, they have good reputation and warranty.

We bought a dishwasher, and a stacking washer-dryer from them. Honestly, I cant even begin to go into all the problems we had but here are some highlights: 1) The installers that came to do the washer-dryer did such a poor job of situating it the units that the drawer for the detergent couldnt open because they had put it with a sink jutting out in front of the washer. The dryer vent was so poorly installed that it fell off and my husband had to re-do it. Plus they used about 30 feet of vent for what only needed about 6 feet. They couldnt even be bothered to cut it to size. 2) My husband picked up the dishwasher himself so he could bring it home. While the people at ApplianceSmart were "inspecting" it to make sure it was in good condition, they actually BROKE a part off of it! They assured my husband they would have a replacement part sent to him. About a MONTH (!!!) later, a part comes in the mail -- the WRONG part. Since then, we have repeatedly gone down there, called, been told that the manager is not there and no one else can help, been told that only the person who sold us the machine could help, and been told that there was no record of the part being ordered. This was FOUR months ago, and we are still trying. Today I plan to go there and threaten to camp out every day handing out flyers telling incoming customers why I am there. Maybe THEN I will get this damn part. I would NEVER go there again for anything that required any service at all. And frankly, if I ever bought anything from them again and they broke off a part while inspecting it, I would instantly demand a refund, and buy another of the exact same appliance. I would never trust them to do what they say they will do again.

I also had a terrible experience using this place. I wish I had looked at these reviews before getting sucked in. From the day I purchased a washer & dryer it took 7 weeks to get fully delivered. The worst part was the utter lack of communication they offered. I always had to call for information over these 7 weeks and promises to call me back were never kept. I would ask to speak to a manager several times and either they "werent available" or "I was speaking to the assistant manager" which was good enough in their opinion. I had to write a Facebook message on their national page, complaining, to finally get a manager to call me and had to basically threaten the manager by wanting to reach out to their boss to actually get any results from them. Avoid if possible.

Here are quality tips I hope youll appreciate. 1. Be an intelligent buyer. Research the appliance you want with good reviews and shop ApplianceSmart for a discounted price. Several times Menards and Lowes beat ApplianceSmart prices even though they were scratch and dent. 2. Know that the sales staff is looking to push products that have been there a long time and products that have terrible reviews. They want them gone, so they will sell to suckers. Dont be a sucker. 3. I have purchased all of my appliances for three properties I own from ApplianceSmart. Delivery was good when I needed it and all appliances still work great after many years.

The fact that you cant show prices online without going to the cart is ridiculous. Stop trying to improve your digital marketing metrics and just be transparent so a customer can make decisions without having to dig through your website. not even considering you company for a new refrigerator cause of this.

Appliance Smart carries a wide variety of appliances - if youre not sure about a product buy the warranty - service people have been knowledgeable and have set problems straight. Good prices if youre willing to deal with some service issues. This store manager works hard to make things right.
