If I could give a zero, I would. The products are fine, but customer service is worse than anything Ive ever dealt with. They dropped off a dryer and did not take the old dryer, as agreed. They left during the delivery process and said they would come back to get the dryer within a half hour. They never came back. We tried to contact them on multiple occasions. Dozens of our calls went to voicemail, so we left messages and no one called back. When we did finally get someone on the line, they were unable to help and were frustrated themselves that the men working the delivery didnt take the dryer with them. It took 6 weeks of going back and forth and them FAILING to hold to their end of the bargain until they finally came and got the old dryer. They clearly have no idea what theyre doing over there and cant be bothered to finish a job or even answer a phone unless you harass them relentlessly. Dont waste your time or money.

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in looking for an entire kitchen of appliances and received no attention from the sales staff and I felt as though I was a bother to them when I approached them with questions. Frankly they were quite rude. I wont go back. The best thing to come out of my stop here was that I ended up at the Appliance Outlet center that used to be located across the street but has since moved to a new and improved location where I found all of my appliances at a great price.

Ive bought appliances twice from this location. Once I bought a microwave for a rental property and the man that helped me was very knowledgeable. Another time, I went with a client of mine who was selling a property and wanted to replace all of his kitchen appliances before listing his property. Appliance Smart was courteous and returned phone calls/emails quickly. No negative feedback to give.

Had trouble with 2 samsung fridges nor working. They were helpful with return process. Samsung warranty was the worse experience Ive ever had. Apliancesmart helped me deal with them. Hey dryer lady in other review. Just put the dryer out with trash. Metal collectors love that stuff. Goes to recycling, they get money. dryers are very light. I can move one myself. Fyi.

Found exactly what we wanted in a new fridge. Didnt expect it to be in the budget, but Tom helped us find a perfect match in the "blemished" area. One small ding in the side that wont show once installed and a small 1" scrape on the side cut the price from $2799 to $999. Taxes, Delivery, extended warranty and hauling away the old one for under$1350. Great deal.

I purchased a washer and dryer from the Eden Prairie location on 9/11/17. Today is 9/25/17 and I not only do not have the product but, even after making several calls to the store, I do not have any idea when or if the product will ever be delivered. I will post more as this mess continues.
