My son dropped his iPhone 3GS into the toilet. I searched online and found a couple places that appeared to be able to fix the problem, irepair solutions and cell phone doctor. I went to cell phone doctor because it was just down the road from me. The guy couldnt quote me a price. Asked how much I was willing to pay to fix it. Told him no more than $100. Said he would take a look at it and see what he could do. After drying out the mother board and replacing the battery he says its still not working and would need to replace the lcd display bringing the total to $175. Told him not going that high and to just put all the original parts in and will look elsewhere. So he did. Or at least I thought he did. I had a screen protector on the phone and later realized the phone I had did not. So I ended up taking to the place I should have the first time. The guy, think his name is Mike, was able to bring life back into the dead phone all for the $100 I was looking to spend. A couple days later the screen display became extremely dim and barely visible. I returned to irepair solutions. Mike addressed the problem quickly. Replaced the LCD screen at no extra cost and the phone is working perfectly again. Very pleased with his service.

I shattered my iPhone 4 at work. I immediately began cryin my eyes out thinking I was about to have to send my phone to apple, have the inconvenience of not having a phone for a week and also be charged $200!!! It was the worst timing possibly because I have been in the process of moving and my budget was very small. I began looking online for places in northern ky that could repair the phone but had no luck until I came across irepair solutions! Given it was a 45 minute drive from where I lived I went out on a limb and chanced it. Micheal, the owner and repairer, did an AMAZING job and only in 20 minutes for 99 bucks!!! I cant even tell it has been replaced! I will definitely recommend everyone to him. Take a chance, I promise from my own experience you will not regret it! I normally dont get into the whole review thing but he did such and amazing job that I wanted to credit him for it. Good luck!

I swamped my canoe and I stupidly thought my business iPhone would be safe in a zip loc bag. When I pulled the bag out of my pocket, water was in the bag! My iPhone is my lifeline to my top elite clients. I needed it the next day, not 2 or 5 days. Tried to dry it--So after countless online searches for what to do if iphone gets wet, and before I gave up, I did one last google search and saw iRepair Solutions in Cincinnati did walk-in repairs. I called and spoke to Mike. He was straight up with pricing and expectations. I dropped the iPhone off and went to lunch. Maybe 35 minutes passed. Done. iPhone good as new. Didnt miss a beat with my clients. Found cool Indian restaurant. Thank you Mike and iRepair Solutions. You really saved me time, frustration, and clients.

We had a double iphone homicide in our family (maybe suicide?). I dropped mine and cracked the screen, and my wifes went swimming. We werent thrilled about Apple cares denial for any damage thats accidental, but iRepair Solutions saved the day with a fix for both! Mike was able to replace the screen on mine, works good as new. My wifes needed some cleaning and internal component replacement, but Mike got it up and working also. As a sidenote, hers required a second pass when the LCD went bad again, but the repair was covered under iRepair Solutions warranty. Id recommend this business to anyone. Mike and iRepair Solutions saved us a lot of money, the work was good, and it was done fast.

The screen on my android cracked and Verizon was NO help (I could either buy another phone at full retail, or add a useless line to my account)...but we found our answer at iRepair Solutions! A quick phone call found that not only could my phone be repaired for a fraction of the cost of Verizons "solutions", but that the part was in and it could be done SAME DAY and all within an hour! We immediately dropped the phone off, and true to his word - my phone was good as new within about an hour and at the price quoted over the phone (with 90 day warranty on the part/repair). Reliable, quick, and honest service - whats not to love??!? THANK YOU!

I am so thankful for iRepair. My ipod Classic had a crack in the screen. The man at the Apple store said it could not be fixed and I could trade it in on a new one for 10% off. It didnt seem right that it couldnt be fixed. For 3 days I was trying to decide what to do and then my brother searched online for repair help and found iRepair. I took my ipod there and he fixed it while I waited. All my music and audio books were back at my fingertips. I would recommend iRepair to everyone!! Dont think you have to buy a new device. I am so happy :o)

My daughter dropped the iPod Touch that I use for work. I live less than an hour from Cincinnati so I drove down and walked in. The iPod Touch was repaired while I waited in under an hour for well less than half the cost of a new one. He also fixed my iPod Classic which was having problems with the click wheel, and did so for free. Service was very courteous as well. It was well worth it to get both of my iPods repaired for less than half the cost of a new iPod Touch. I highly recommend this service, especially if you can walk in.

Holy F! I was expecting very little to come out of the situation. My phone had gotten wet at the beach and wouldnt turn on. I was so scared that the media was gone forever. So when I brought it in, he thad old me what he would do & what to expect. I got a phone call the next day & he opened up my phone. Nothing wrong! O M G. Am I like the happiest person in the world. He saw the workl the dummies in DC did with my phone & he fixed what THOSE money hungry A holes did. HE DOES OUTSTANDING WORK! Would totally RECOMMEND!!

Absolutely fantastic! The typical situation, an iPhone 4s accidentally submerged in water for a quick second or two. Soaked it in rice. The audio would not work and the flash camera light was stuck on. I was pricing a new iPhone 4s, as well as used on Amazon. I thought I would give this company a try before ordering an entirely different phone. I was able to get everything fixed for $50.00! And it only took about an hour. They demonstrated and explained everything to me, amazing! I am so pleased. Thank you!

Dont recommend this place. Called on the phone for a price on iPhone glass repair,when I got to the shop he raised the price by $40. Then he told me the crystal screen was damaged and it would be $130 more than the phone price. Took the phone to youbreakifixit ( a competitor ) and they said the crystal was not damaged and honored the original price this guy quoted me. Very deceptive and dishonest business practices at this place. I recommend going elsewhere
