I have been a Verizon customer for several years now and this is by far the WORST store I have ever visited! The woman manager is EXTREMELY rude! I have had two separate encounters with her and both were almost a disgusting as her attitude! The first time I went in I was looking for a bluetooth headset and was no sure which one to choose so I started to ask her about them since she was just standing there looking "board" she then informed me that they were on the rack and I could choose which ever one I wanted the she walked away from me and returned to her conversation with another "board" looking employee! I just left... The second encounter I had was to replace the sim card on my new DNA phone because I keep getting an error. I walked in and this lady was just standing around again. I started to ask if I could replace the sim on my account for my other line and let that person come pick it up later because I was on my way to work. She very rudely told me no and then just turned around and ignored me. The I had to get her attention yet again and I asked why.... BIG MISTAKE! Her response was almost in the form of attack. I dont think these people know what they are doing or talking about in this store. How could they with a manager like that and rude uninformed staff? I will not be back Verizon customers beware!!!

You are able to go in and use the kiosk to pay your bill and if someone can not help you right away they get to you as quick as possible. The downfall would be that on 2 separate times my husband and I have been there with the same problem with our Note 5s. Both had been factory reset once by us, and 3 times by them. The manager finally decided to send mine in for replacement. Replacement came, went in to get everything transfered and the manager sent off my s pen with the old phone. She told me to go on Amazon for one and I said, no you shipped it out, you replace it. She handed me one from the floor model Note 5. Guess what! My phone still does not work right. With my husbands phone the back of it had cracked because the battery gets really hot and they felt how hot it was and the phone had been in front of the vent with the AC blowing on it, it should have been cold. The manager decided to put in the system that he dropped it and broke the back of the case. It has been in a very protective case with glass shield on it since day one (Dec 2015), it has not been dropped or anything. So now he has to pay $150 for our so called insurance to repair it, send it back and us have to send it out again as defective. This store has multiple employees that just have no clue what they are doing.

Never again will have another phone plan with Verizon Wireless. Ive had my plan since April. Ive broken the $39.99 screen protector Justin pushed on me (not a free replacement as stated), and Ive been OVER-BILLED TWICE. Every single day, I get 3-4 spam robo calls DESPITE blocking the previous days numbers and every day I get calls from other Verizon numbers claiming to have missed a call from me. No. Changing my 3 month old number is not the solution. When you call customer service for any reason (dont try to call the store you bought it at, it rerouts you to corporate) prepare to wait and be on hold 40+ minutes (every single time). Also, dont just show back up at the store, youll wait 53 minutes just to be handed a piece of paper (the wrong one the first time) with a bogus number scribbled across it so you can call for yourself, they aint helping you.

1st NOT EVEN A WORKING PHONE NUMBER LISTED. 2nd Like the other Google user/s stood there and waited for the same person that told me to wait to help me while the others played on their phones circle jerking each other, I couldnt tell if the SOB helping me was more "medicated" than I considering he looked almost more confused than the thoughtless sackobreasts he SHOVED to help me when I said things like"manually usb dock,"auxiliary/headohone jack or OS", ya know pretty much relative terms for phones. Not to mention Mrs. T McGhee was the STORE MANAGER and didnt. know her wide load from a hole in the ground. End Result: right back where I started. FOR FUTURE USERS: take your problems to Westchester they are actually courteous and knows what theyre talking about and dont google it or put you on the phone with tech support who also has to google it

"Barb" worst employee there. Very disrespectful and not very informative. Representative was unable to provide me with any of the employee discounts my work offers because of the account being in a family members name. Also I referred a friend and received no discount, but then after it was said and done and I purchased my phone, she wanted me to send any friends/family for a referral and give her a great review online and anything under a 5 would mean she failed. She basically wanted me to give her a good review online. Well, im being honest. WORST EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately, where I live Verizon is the only service that works. I did appreciate the manager, Matt, texting me the next day to calm the situation and explain things better.

Im not sure which store the previous reviewer went to, but I went to the store in front of Meijers and I had nothing less then a great experience. Verizon Corporate wasnt the best to deal with, but Brandon and Matt the manager took care of me before and after the sale. They lived up their word every step of the way and I would give them a great rating and go back to them at Towne Blvd. for any of my needs. Their customer service is above the rest across the board in my experiences with them.

Just WOW, I have been a Verizon customer for many many years and have been to various locations. This store provided me with the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with associates(Barb). From rude comments to telling me the customer off, acting as if they were 100% in the right. This does not just include store associates but also the manager. I would go to any store but the one in Middletown. Oh and I went to write a review and guess what, I am not alone...go figure!

First the sales guy was INCREDIBLY rude, he would cut you off mid-sentence then give you an attitude. The manager was incredibly rude as well and basically said its not my problem, definately not a way to keep or treat customers, especially when the problem was covered under warranty. It was like talking to a bunch of 5 year olds! NEVER GO THERE, tri-county and fairfield commons have been the ONLY places where you get polite service people!

The manager Michelle has been amazing. My wife and I purchase two iPhone 6s and after 7 days of having mine I realized I wanted the 6s Plus. Michelle allowed me to replace it and the Fitbit I purchased which was too small. She has been easy to work with and has made everything a simple process. Im very happy with this store and its professionalism. She even replaced my phone case and screen protector without charging me again.
