I went to the other store off HWY 85 and it was horrible. Rude, pushy and dont listen (dealt with several people including the manager). Left with no phone and I really needed one. Happened to pass this location, stopped and was completely impressed by Desjuan. He got me everything I needed and did his best to make up for the other stores lack of knowledge and service. Then the manager called and apologized for the other store. This is what customer service is about. Store #9130 regained a longtime TMobile customer in spite of the company changes, poor customer service line agent, and another store.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. My experience completely differs from most. Mr. Brett helped me today to sign up for new services, I came from Verizon. Brett spent a good 40 mins explaining everything I should know prior to making the jump. In my opinion the service by him and others I talked to via phone is great. Brett answered every single question and helped me get the best deal that suits my needs. Keep up the good work.

Great Customer service... you can absolutely tell the difference in management. Carmen is a jewel. she made sure me and my family were taken care of, and she even follwed up to make sure everything was going great..

The staff tells you stuff that does not pan out once you call customer service on your own , very very disappointed , they have my funds in their Matrix and cannot get it back despite calling them more that 4 times .

Their product service is starting to lag. How can you put a phone (HTC One) in a store and not have variety of accessories fir the phone? Not good!
