Terrible, uneducated employees! I traded in my iPhone 6 for the 7. When my 7 arrived to my home I tried to return the 6 but no shipping label was included so I stopped here to ask if she could print the label (I didnt see it on my account). She told me to go to this recycle website and they would send me something..well the website says itd give me $300 for my phone not the $650 like my deal is supposed to be. I stopped at another store and they printed my label to ship my phone. Thank god I didnt listen to this Roswell store I can only imagine the nightmare I would have dealt with to try to get the right credit on my account for the trade in.

I had a wonderful experience here and the customer service was outstanding. my phone broke and i called the store explaining my issue. Upon arrival Farah had everything I needed already out and ready to go. She explained all my options, gave me great advice as to what to purchase and was extremely personable and friendly. I really appreciate all she did for me and the help and service she provided!

We worked with Lou on switching our services from Sprint to Verizon. The store closes at 8pm and we happened to come in around 7:30pm. He went over and beyond helping us until 11:45pm at night!!! He was very honest and direct. Also very polite and helpful! He literally did not leave until our phones were completely ported over!! Very satisfied and would recommend this store to anyone!!!!

I agree with everyone else. I thought I had my phone fixed at another Verizon location only to find out I was wrong. I went to this new location in Roswell and Karra was fantastic. She is kind and patient and really knows her stuff. I highly recommend this location to all of my friends!
