I have never wrote a review for anything, but I feel the need to warn people about their horrible customer service. My galaxy s5 screen shattered one day, and I heard about this place was great to fix my phone. So I went there with my boyfriend in hopes theyd fix it. The first time was great, except two weeks later, the phone was acting up. We took it back in hopes they would fix it under the warranty, which they did. However, we had to take it back THREE more times because the screen either kept popping off or the LCD kept shutting off/acting up. We called the store and told them, they said they would get their best guys to handle it. They also said that if they didnt fix it this time, our FOURTH TIME, then they would give us a full refund back. So we gave them the phone once again, got it back, and, well, I am typing this review off of their last attempt of them fixing my phone, which the screen barely even works now. My front camera does not work at all, and I can barely use any of the touch keys on the bottom. We called up the manager and asked for a refund because at this point, it was getting ridiculous, so we wanted just to buy a new phone instead. Then they told us they wouldnt give us a refund. The guys who worked there said their manager was a "b" word already, but I honestly was appalled when they refused. We called up Cellairis customer service and got in contact with a representative, and sent pictures of the phone and told her about the situation. The representative told us she will help, and after that, we heard nothing back from Cellairis. We called and called and called again, and nothing! We only wanted our money back because I had this phone for only about 4 months before it broke. I never broke any other phones before, and we just wanted to buy a new one! This experience was absolutely the worst! We werent even being nasty at all to them like most people probably would in this situation, we acted very professional and it was upsetting that a company (any company) does this to their customers. If anybody ever asks me if this place is any good, Im going to tell them about my experience. Honestly, if they give us our money back, then everything will be fine. We just want the $150 we payed. I have never been treated like this, and I worked at Kroger! Absolutely appalling that a company like this would just take peoples money even when they didnt get what they paid for.

CELLAIRIS might be an ok company but STAY AWAY from the BUCKHEAD location (they are franchised). Ive had a nightmare fixing the screen on my iphone 7 plus. It started with the wrong screen being ordered. It took about a week to finally get it sorted. When i went to go pick up the repaired phone they tossed in a free screen protector "for my troubles". At the time, i thought it was really nice of them but it ended up being a HUGE issue. On my commute home i saw that the new screen had a tiny dead pixel on it but since i was leaving on a business trip the following day i couldnt take it back. On my trip, the touch sensitivity of the screen was all off. Freezing, not selecting what app i was touching and sometimes not responsive at all. As a last ditch effort i removed the protective screen to see if that would help solve the problem. It helped somewhat but the phone was still not operating like it did when i brought it in (mind you with a shattered screen). When i took it back to this location the technician told me that they couldnt do anything b/c there was a tiny scratch on my screen. By removing the free protective screen cover i had nullified my warranty. BE ADVISED that this screen protector is usually an upsell so if you dont pay for the cover and you get the slightest mark on the screen, they will put their hands up and say "so sorry" if your phone is having issues. Frustrated I wrote an email to the manager. It took an entire week to get back to me. I also called CELLAIRISs corporate customer service but they still havent responded. The only reason i gave them 1 star is because i couldnt post this giving them zero. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

BUYER BEWARE! Took my daughters cell phone to Cellairis at Piedmont Peachtree Crossing on Wednesday, March 8, at 6:00 to have the screen replaced. They said they could fix it and it will be $88. I agreed to fix the screen. I asked them to put a protective screen cover on it, so hopefully it will not break again. While waiting, my daughter picked out a new protective cell phone case. They fixed the phone and they told us no board damage or water damage. They were very helpful in repairing the cell phone as well as they informed us that it came with a 30 day warranty since there was no other damage to the phone. After paying 186.82 for a new protective case, screen replacement and screen protector, we left happy. On Friday, March 10 at 6:30 pm by daughter reached for her phone and turned it on. A blank black screen with several green lines running through it. I thought I will run it up to Cellairis and get it repaired since it came with a 30 day warranty. I arrived at the store at 10 am when they were suppose to open and finally at 10:25 the employee came and opened the store. I told the employee I was in there less than 48 hours earlier and the phone stopped working. The employee informed me it would be another $88 to repair the phone. At this point I was not going to pay them any more money and the warranty was useless. From there I went to the Apple Store at Lenox Square see what they can do with the phone. Talked to Apple Technician, she examined the phone and informed me the board was broken when they replaced the screen. I now had to buy a replacement phone which cost me more money.

Extremely frustrated with this whole company. The lengths these people will go to swindle you out of a $100. Got my phone fixed and less than a month later the screen broke... not sure what kind of parts they are using but they seem to be cheap knockoffs. I simply placed my phone on a counter and the screen went bananas. I went in for a repair and the tech turned me down but not before commenting that he thinks my scenario seems odd and that it shouldnt have happened. Next, I tried talking to customer service who, after an email exchange of 3+ days, told me to go back to the store. I go back to the store and the tech (the very same who turned me down) does the whole intake and take my phone apart before telling me he has to call the owner before he can make the repair. So I wait around for over an hour until she strolls in. Then she looks at my phone and tries to convince me that I have damaged the phone by either spilling something on it or by throwing it around and that she will not be honoring the warranty... WHAT??? Why did I have to come in for you NOT to do the repair?? This process has taken over 4 days and has left me nothing but extremely angry. Needless to say, you might as well just pay the extra $20 and go to the apple store. At least you wont have to deal with this nonsense.
