Does anyone in this store care about anything? Cheese and rice Verizon... seriously. You need to give some thought into who Verizon franchise owners hire. Today I entered this space because my family switched from AT&T this week so I had to go have my phone switched over to Verizon. I entered and there were 3 employees and two customers. Both customers were being simultaneously helped by one employee whose name is oddly the same as a famous Cincinnati Red (number 4). One customer leaves, another employee enters and now Im being helped by the same employee. Why? Not a clue. Poor form already. As my rep tries frustratingly to get me switched over while one employee looks at his phone and the other two are on computers and talking with one another, he gets into an agrivated and defensive phone call with Verizon headquarters or something and the other customer and I wait. Ultimately after almost 30 min I was unable to get switched because this franchise wont issue a new sim unless the customer spends 25$, which I was told by corporate it would be free of charge. I walked out that piece and Im never going back.

Horrible service from TERRY. He was condescending and not helpful. He seemed inconvenienced by MY inconvenience with my phone, tired and aggravated by my presence- I thought HE was there to help ME. He told me they didnt have any refurbished phones at their store, and that I could call other locations- I had to remind him that my phone wasnt working and could not do that- then he said I could use their phone. Nice customer service. After forcing me to talk to the customer service person on his phone (because he did not want to relay the information), I was so frustrated, that I left the store. I immediately had to go back in to ask for my sim card back and he was on the phone with the "customer service" agent talking about me and laughing. I ended up dealing with a competent and accomodating agent over the phone who fixed my problem. But needless to say I will NEVER return to this location, as it was the worst experience I have ever had at a verizon store and in any establishment that I give substantial money to every month.

This Hyde Park location is the worst Verizon location - Definitely go to the Kenwood corporate location instead! The customer service is terrible. I bought a new phone with them and purchased a screen cover from the store - big mistake! The girl put on the screen cover crooked, so i went back the next day to get it fixed. They didnt have any in stock so she told me to call or come in every day or two to see if there was one in...they couldnt even call me or put one aside for me when it arrived. After 4 more visits over the week and still no sign of screen covers because they sell so fast she decided to order one for me specifically but ordered it for the wrong phone. I went back to just be done and return it completely but of course you cant return screen covers. I will never go back to this store for anything! Use the corporate store in Kenwood if you are looking for a store!

I rarely give reviews but I have to for this store. My S4 phone got some minor water damage and battery would not charge but phone still worked. I went into this location and asked if they could take a look tell me if the ohone was permanently damaged. The battery was dead by now and he took phone plugged it in stared at it for a second then asked if I had a warranty. I did not and he told me that I would have to buy a new phone at full retail. I laughed at him as I thought he would at least put another battery in it to check if it was the battery. I left and went across the street to cell shop that is a bunch of young guys in a house fixing phones. He popped in another battery and phone fired up and also began charging. In the end all ky phone needed was to completely dry off and it began working just fine.....but this guy wanted me to buy a new phone....what a joke....

Ordered my new iPhone on a Thursday, was told it was 2 day shipping, now a week later called to find out what the deal was and was told I shouldnt have been told 2 day shipping and I would be contacted when its in. Nothing about a tracking number or even if it had shipped out or ordered at all....nothing. I was told the person I dealt with in store would have to call me tomorrow. Ive had the "pleasure" of dealing with 2 people thus far and both have been extremely rude. One complaining about customers and answering the phone while dealing with me in store, the other on the phone answering every question with "Like I said....", was apparently unable to hide the annoyance in his voice that I called with questions, and was just all around unwilling to help.

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 12 years. I went into this store one day because I work in the area and needed a few things. Dillon Ruth, Sales Rep., was very rude. He had an attitude from the second I walked through the door. I even tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking ok, maybe the guy is just having a bad day. He proved me wrong when his terrible customer service continued. I will not visit this store again. The store manager should be ashamed for having such a bad sales rep on his team. This experience isnt representative of Verizon as a whole. I have never before, and never again, been treated like this by Verizon.

after doing research on which cellular company to go to, my wife and i stopped by this store to do research..... what i learned was, this place is an absolute joke. its not a real Verizon store and they charge you for sim cards, a set up fee of $15.00 and charge $50 more than a REAL Verizon store. And from the looks of the other posts on here, others have had the same issues with this store. a bunch of 18 and 19 year old boys work here and think theyre better than youre service or problems. I have no clue how this place stays in business. By going to a REAL Verizon store I saved $75.00 for the SAME EXACT PRODUCT(S). DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!

This location might honestly be the WORST Verizon store I have ever been to. The employees continuously chew tobacco on the job, and yell at customers who come into the store with problems. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism upon entering a retail establishment in my entire life. Thank GOD this location is not owned or operated by Verizon corporate services. The entire staff at the store has little to no clue how to properly run a business efficiently and effectively. I have no idea how any of these people have jobs, this place really puts a sore spot on the Verizon name.

I have had Verizon since my first phone an I still have there unlimited data plan. This store is the worst store I have ever been to. The employees are unknowledgeable and dont know the system or plans they dont look for plans that can suit your needs or that can save you money. I will NEVER return to this store and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Verizon Wireless store on Loveland Madeira Rd off of 275. Its a drive but the people are great and always working for you an getting you the best possible deals!
