I have come to this location a few times before, each and every time Ms Nique has made my experience so wonderful! On this particular visit she helped me find features on my new phone that I wanted but didnt know it had. I was ready to purchase another phone but she was so patient and skilled that she took the time to figure out how to operate the features I wanted. I am so grateful for her courtesy and professionalism and this will ALWAYS be my Cricket store!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Employees dont know how to use a Galaxy S7, cant help with anything about it, or get me started. BUYER BEWARE when you deal with a franchise. They dont have a buy-back program. Never again. Horrible experience and now Im stuck with this phone.
