WOW! I cant believe how great the service was! Before I found iRepairit, I spent 30 minutes each way to get to a "mall" repair place, only to be told "If you HAVE to wait for it, itll be at least two hours" when I was the only one in the store and had called the day before to verify someone would be there who could fix it as apposed to the day before when there wasnt! I couldnt wait 2 hours, I had clients waiting on me, so that wasnt an option. I was so frustrated and as I walked out with my shattered iPhone, I got lucky and found iRepairit via Google. So, I gave them a call wondering how long it might take to get it fixed hoping I could drop it off on my way in… Oh, I just couldnt believe it when they said "were only about 15 minutes away… Well come to you"! I was waiting to hear how much more that would cost and it DIDNT!!! It was the same price as the store I was just leaving. I spent all that time jacking with the "mall store" and could have been at the studio fulfilling MY clients needs instead of the wasted hour and gas I spent going back and forth. They showed up right on time and 15 minutes later, my phone was fixed! The customer service through iRepairit was awesome! I know who Im calling the next time I shatter my iPhone! They would have been great had I not had to go back a second time. Id rather pay more for better quality. They repaired my phone a couple of months ago and I purchased the case and "screen protector"at the urging of the tech (the screen protector that does not even cover the entire screen and had an air bubble at the top which also could have led to the inadequate protection). I should have flagged the tech vague general description as a warning, but I decided to spend the extra money on the worthless "protection". It took just one fall from as high as seated in a standard kitchen table chair for the screen to crack again. I went in to see if they would be willing to work with a return customer and got nothing. (I should have stayed with my original plan of buying a less expensive better quality case from Amazon.) The smugness of the tech led me to believe they are accustomed to ticking people off. Ill never go to them again. Id rather pay more for quality - I am not in the business of throwing away my money. Just when you think you have a good thing, this very disappointing.

Had a great experience with iRepairit. Called them Monday afternoon at about 5:30PM when all other repair shops had closed, figuring I would not get a callback. Not only did I get a call back, I had an appointment for the next day to have my iPhone repaired. The next day the very professional and competent representative came to my office and repaired the phone on the spot while I watched. I was very pleased with the service and price, considering the convenience of having them come to you. To top it off, I noticed a color issue with the new screen a couple of days later and called back. The next day, the same guy came *back* to my office and replaced the screen again for no charge. The screen is flawless this time, it works and looks like the original. Great service, great repair, very convenient.

My iPhone stopped charging and I went into this store fully prepared to pay the $90 cost for replacing the charging port. They took a quick look at it and told me that I didnt need to replace the port and only needed to clean it out, quoting me $25 instead to clean it. I grabbed a quick lunch and picked my phone back up 30 minutes later. It now charges just fine several days later. The main thing that impressed me was that they took a customer that was ready to spend more money than he needed to and gave him the much cheaper option to fix his phone, when most other phone repair places would have simply changed out my charger port to make more money, and for that I am very grateful. The staff was also friendly, so I have absolutely no complaints about this store.

Overall great experience. The quick turn around time, the proximity, the transparency, the professionalism, and the price. All key values that will make me come back the next time I have a Apple related repair. Van and his team were able to get my charging port back in working order within 20 minutes of me arriving. They didnt break the bank either. $25 for a thorough cleaning of the port. I tried myself, but it didnt work. They easily could have said, "You need a NEW charging port. Thats $90." but they didnt. They assessed the situation, as is, and charged me for the appropriate solution to the problem. Thanks, guys! High recommendation.

Absolutely LOVEDDDDDDDDD getting my pretty damaged screen fixed with such ease. I searched for about a couple weeks for someone that could fix my iphone 5 screen in a timely manner, a convenient location, and would not charge me both my arms and a leg. He was on time with arriving, he was a pleasant person to hold conversation with, and my phone was fixed in maybe less than 15 minutes. So incredibly happy that I got my baby back in mint condition, she looks brand new. lol And it is all thanks to Shazad! I would recommend this company to anyone needing such a pleasant experience with getting their phone fixed. Thanks again!

If anyone out there sees this, i highly reccomend irepairit, no matter which location you go to all of them give you quality service and honest opinions, prefferably go to the store in Spring RD for the best service and hopefully youll be able to catch the store owner shazad, his experience and knowledge is impeccable. The pricing is standard and sometimes you get discounts without even asking for it. All due to the fact that shazad goes above and beyond seeking fairness and honesty above all else. I went into the store to fix a broken screen for my samsung S8 but i left with a new friend and a perfectly repaired phone.

This was the best experience ever! Shahzad was awesome! He repaired my iPhone 5 and it was so much cheaper than Verizon wireless! My Lcd screen was broken and my screen was cracked. It blacked out completely but they were able to fix it in less than 30 minutes ! They fix iPods iPads iPhones and even buy parts for iPhones newer than the 5! I would totally recommend coming! They care so much about their customers and its so efficient!! Had great conversation and will totally be back !! Best day ever

This place is great and HIGHLY recommended. My phone was not working, I walked in, they opened it up right there, looked at it and instead of trying to sell me on an unnecessary service or take advantage of my limited phone knowledge, they sent me to the apple store to get my phone replaced for free as it was still under warranty. They easily could have kept the phone, charged for a made up repair or time but they didnt. That type of honesty and fast customer service is really hard to find.
