I brought my computer in because it would not turn on. I was pleased that it was free diagnostics and the staff was nice about not being able to fix it. However, they told me it would be impossible or close to 1500$ to get my data off of my hard drive!! They offered no alternatives, didnt explain anything even though I asked for more information. Just simply said it was all gone. As a last resort I sent it to my cousin in a different state and within 1 hour he was able to access my files and copy everything to an external for me. So my question is why would I ever bring in a product again to this place if they not only couldnt explain a problem to me, but lied about the possibilities and were not capable to handle a data extraction on an unlocked harddrive. Good luck to anyone else

Was told by AT&T that phones digitizer was broken and nothing to do except buy a new phone. I decided to give this place a try, very small frontage so easy to miss but its just a few doors down from Home Depot in between the cabinet place and hair salon. Jason said it maybe the screen (although it was t cracked) and said he would give it a try. Although it wasnt as cheap as Apple he fixed it within a few hours... working like new!

These guys are great! I have a 2 year old son that dropped my ipad which caused a black screen of death. I tried everything! I dropped it off on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning, they had called to tell me it was fixed. Not only did they fix it but they didnt even charge me! It turned out to be just a loose connection. They gained a lifetime customer as Im sure we will need them again with a toddler in the house :)

I have used uBreakiFix in the past both in Florida and Georgia and I am always pleased with the service. uBreakiFix always has superior customer service and my iPhone repair went as expected. The whole process took about 30 minutes and my phone looked like new and worked perfect after the repair. It makes me very comfortable to know there is a repair company with national standards. They checked out my tablet with diagnostics first and my battery was bad. Ordered the replacement which took a week to come in and replaced it within 15 minutes. Throughout the process I received text messages with the status. Im very impressed. I was seriously thinking about replacing the tablet. Im glad it could be rejuvenated so I get a few more years out of it.

Very disappointed. Took in Galaxy 6 not-working charging plug and was told "repair" would cost over $200 and might break screen. This despite many, many claims that company will fix anything electronic. If you cannot fix some phones, then PLEASE INDICATE THAT instead of too-good-to-believe claims and reviews. Waste of time. Exaggeration is dishonest.

Not so sure yet. Took a device 8 days ago, and had not heard anything. Called them today, im not sure that the device had even been sent out. Sure hope it is fixed correctly when it is finally returned. I will update with I get it back.

Stopped by and Miles helped me with laptop speaker! Dropped the laptop and they just quit working. Miles pulled it apart and checked everything over and got my speakers working! Thanks for the quick turnaround and the great customer service!

The guy we worked with to get my phone fixed was awesome!! Really nice person. They fixed my phone pretty fast, we didnt have to wait long at all. Highly recommend getting your screens fixed here
