My name is Shuntay Trott I am the new Manager in this location .I must say because of bad customer service, prior to me joining the team, they were branded with bad customer service that I now receive back lash for and constantly have to apologize when talking to customers who had a bad experience . TCC/ Verizon have heard the complaints of our customers and I can tell you that TCC is currently dedicated to making customer service our number one priority. To everyone that (has)received awful customer service from inexperienced Mangers and Reps, I SINCERELY apologize. I, myself, have been in customer service over 20 years and know that it is the life line to any business. Unfortunately , everyone else doesnt think the same no matter what business youre in. TCC realizes this and is making it right! So, dont make another persons experience cause you to miss out on great products, quality service, and affordable prices. To those who have experienced bad customer service, we hope you can find it in your heart to forgive US here on Holcomb Bridge Road . We would LOVE to have you back! Not only that , but no one comes close to us in having the highest internet speed out there. Believe it or not we truly VALUE our customers! We value you and I guarantee that you will be happy with your products and service!

Contrary to what some are saying, the customer service I experienced for the most part was great! People were friendly and professional in general. All of the good feeling I had about them was ruined beyond repair by one incident. I was due for an early upgrade and and was asked to turn into to them, my previous Verizon device. I did as was asked and completed my transaction. Id gotten my new iPhone 6s plus and I was grinning from ear to ear. Two weeks later I get a text from Verizon asking me to turn in my old 5s! I called the store asking them whats going on and they basically told me that I must have taken home my old device! I went to see the store manager "Rob" a couple of weeks later and he pretty much said the same thing: "You must have taken it home." I thought his attitude was very unprofessional and he didnt in particular make a very good manager. Im now out an iPhone 5s AND I have to pay Verizon for the store not having returned it. Talk about a worthless deal! I will continue to do business with Verizon. However, I strongly recommend you steer clear of this store on Holcomb Bridge

Went to help my mother (71 Years old) get her account worked out. Had been there a couple of days ago and the young lady there was more than helpful. Told my mother what to do, even made the call for her to ensure that was all she needed. My mother did so, but needed assistance. The young lady was with another customer. So we spoke to what seemed to be the evening manager(?), after my mom explained what she needed, his response was, we cant help you, you have to call yourself. After explaining again, no change, same answer. So we left "The do it yourself Store", We did thank the young lady for her assistance. Went to another Verizon store, where they went out of there way to assist my mom. Thank you Verizon for having good customer service at some of your stores, just not here. 10 year customer...will never visit this store again, will just have to drive further for GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, so save your excuse lazy young man. Yes, I saw your smerky smile...I guess your Boss allows this response.

Not just this store but my overall experience with upgrading recently, from the store to dealing with corporate, has been terrible. They called me for weeks to get me to upgrade, finally I agreed but they offered me a free phone deal that wasnt actually a real deal and then refused to honor it. So, went to this store... the sales person Keith botched my rebate by giving me an incorrect rebate form (bought an iPhone 5s, he gave me the form for a Samsung or something), so it took almost 2 months to receive my rebate. He said that Verizon would be mailing me a package so that I could do a mail in trade for my old phone, however he had them mail the package to an old address of mine and it was addressed to himself! How does that even happen? Ive called twice to have corporate correct the mailing and they mailed it to another incorrect address, then just straight up failed to mail it the third time. I am going today to T mobile and dumping Verizon.

My family loved this branch. We paid a visit today for some help getting my brother a new phone and arrived rather late (after 7pm). The representatives there greeted us very nicely even though they knew that the service will take over an hour and they will have to stay after hour. Mr. Andre Gourville was extremely friendly and helpful and patiently walked us through all of the available options. He went out of his way to make sure we understand our choices and what he thought was best for us. He did a great job and took great care of us and is absolutely my favorite Verizon representative thus far. The other representatives were also great and very friendly. Highly recommend this branch.

I came in when no one else was there, so I cant speak to when theyre busy, but I had excellent attention and service from staff who knew more about phones and carrier service than any other carrier store / electronics store Ive been to. Im a phone geek, so I was very pleased to deal with folks who knew what they were talking about. Plus they waived a fee for me that Id already told them I was fine with paying. Verizon as a company may not get 5 stars, but this branch definitely does.

Was having issues with phone.Went to said store where tuff guy Robert and his bimbo sidekick lied to my face about the cost of a replacement battery. When said bimbo became flippant I told her Im glad she finds my problem funny.Tuff guy Robert puts on his superhero costume and gets in my face to defend his bimbo sidekicks honor. On my way out said tuff guy whose already threatened to call the cops.Cause I was so scary.Calls me a pussy. NEVER GO HERE.

Awful!!! Do not go here! I bought a life time warranty screen warranty and was told all I need to do is go into the store and they will give me a new one anytime I want. But, because I bought it at a different store they refused to help me. Might I add, the store I bought it from is far away from where I live. They said I had to go to the same store I bought it from. So frustrated!

Spent 3 hours in the store this past weekend and cant say enough good things! Andrew was fantastic and helped us every step of the way as we dealt with a complicated situation as we switched from AT&T to Verizon. This process could have been terrible, but the employees at this branch made it a pleasure. Thank you!

The only Verizon store Ive ever been in that didnt have any customers in it. Quickly found out why that was. They wanted to charge for a sim card. No other Verizon store does this. When I told the salesperson this, she said that the bigger stores dont charge for sim cards. They wont be in business very long.
