Went in to Edge up about 3 months ago with my wife. I went with the LG G4 in part because of the promotion being offered to receive a free extra battery, charging cradle and memory card. 3 months later and I still havent received any of these items. Ive been to the store in person 3 times to follow up and called on two other occasions. Although the staff is polite, the management has made it clear through inaction that they dont intend to do anything and are just hoping I will eventually forget about it. Even with my multiple follow ups, they have never once reached out to me to provide me with any kind of update. Each time Ive been into the store, Ive been told they will have the store manager call me. This has happened on 3 separate occasions and not 1 phone call. I would think twice about trusting this location to follow through on any promises you cant immediately walk out the door with.

I found that the whole experience was done with great ease and the salesmen were knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They made excellent suggestions so I was able to obtain a product designed just for me. Normally, buying a new phone is a painful experience. The sales people were poised and confident in describing the new features. What has been a frustrating experience before turned out to be very successful. The customer service was a pleasant surprise and the display room was attractive and comfortable. I highly recommend this Verizon location.

I had an absolutely EXCELLENT experience at this store with Andre this morning. Usually your phone inexplicably dying is very unpleasant, but Andre was super knowledgeable, helpful and so kind! He was able to get me in a great device at a great price and was able to save me about a $100 more by working with my plan. AND I got a free screen protector and case with my new phone! We will definitely be returning to Andre for all of our cellular needs and definitely recommend that you do as well!

Loved them. I had a problem with my old phone and needed help setting up the new one. Dan and his staff took over and lent me a battery and downloaded and upgraded all of my data from my old phone to my new ohone. I didnt even buy anything, but they spent hours helping me out! They were wonderful and I would definitely recommend going to this Verizon location.

Very helpful staff and service was great. I had to replace an old MiFi. The two staff members tried to find the best option for me at the most cost effecive price. Definitely would go back. They even did all the work to fill out rebate info and gather all the forms so all I have to do is mail it in. Mandi and Eyad both very helpful and professional.

Awesome service! We bought phones at another location (since we didnt know this one was here!) There was an issue with activations, so we went to this store. Andre was great, helping us get our phones activated and set up, and even helped us get set up with Google cloud. Will definitely come back next time we need anything for our phones.

Okay, seriously this place is unlike any other Verizon Ive been to. They actually care about customer service seeing as though they definitely showed me a memorable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful! I was in and out in 25 minutes with a new phone and 100% clarity on what my next bill would look like! 5 star service for sure!
