Liers! Worse customer service possible. Employees refused to replaced my recalled Notes 7. They gave me a temporary phone, according with them "until the Notes 7 replacements are available." Samsung notified me about the replacement being available a week later. When I called the store asking for my replacement they lied to me saying that the phone were sold out. Now, when I had my wife to call them asking if they have the Note 7 for sale, yes, they said they have the phone available. Plus the person who assisted me when I turned in my defective Note 7 was telling me some bs about that "Samsung maybe will never replace the Note 7 and I could end up stuck with the temp phone". Is not my fault they wont get their bonus and credit over replaced, recalled or temp phones. They should be more professional, or at least, stop lying to their paying customers. When I walk in next day they refused to replace my Edge 7 for a Notes 7. How do I solve it? I went to another AT&T store 1 miles away from their location, at 7900 North Point Pkwy where I was treated as a customer and finally got my Notes 7 replacement.

Very slow, The employees did not try their best to help you, every time you had a problem with bills or anything else you basically have to pick it up the phone and try to fix yourself, I did not recommend AT&T to anybody, horrible customer service.
