Service: 1 -- waited for over a week to get my phone back. Quality of work: 1 -- my phone still does not work as well as when I got it. Home button is tucked too far and back cover is coming off of my galaxy s6. Recommendation: 1) Be upfront if you cannot fix a phone or if it will cause much difficulty to fix the phone. Its ok customers can go somewhere else. 2) Have a little bit more professionalism, yes if something breaks, dont tell your customers because you sign a waiver that the client has to pay for it. Most strong businesses will eat the cost since it was their mistake. I DO NOT KNOW any places that will cause a mistake and asks the client to pay for their mistake. One Pro, is definitely Kellan he is good at what he does, I definitely see that. However, its good to have multiple people to assist with the repair not just one person. I would recommend hiring 1 or 2 extra folks that can assist. Here is my story: I should have did my research before I came here but basically it was an impulsive decision. Long story short basically my Galaxy S6 charger port was not working so I brought it in. After 3 days later, I get a call stating that Kellan had good news and bad news. So good news is my charger port was fixed and bad news is the screen would turn back on. So instead of saying "Hey we will cover the cost of your screen and replace it since we broke it." Kellan stated that he was going to charge me for a new screen and when I told him, I was NOT going to pay for that screen he stated because I signed the waiver even if I get the phone back broken the store was not responsible for it. I was shocked..... After further discussion, about the phone, he finally decided to waive the charges for the new screen since he broke it and had to hold my phone for another 3 days. I do not recommend this place.

If you have an iPhone (6s Plus) do not go to this location! The manager, Kellen Hubbs is not qualified to fix this phone. I entered the store with (2) iPhones to be repaired for a broken screen. After $450+ later and (3) visits with a request to come back a 4th time, my iPhone 6s Plus was broken beyond repair due to the repair attempt. During my visits in the store (3 hours of my time), I heard personal phone calls, dealt with constant interruptions of service with other customers and continuously heard the same sales pitch regardless of the repair at hand. $80 and 10 minutes will get you everything in this store by the way. Since I did not return to the store on the 4th request, I opted to visit Apple at Northpoint Mall. They replaced my phone without apple care or any other type of insurance for $130. Mr. Hubbs insisted that not only would going to Apple cost me over $300 but that they were not qualified to repair my phone - how arrogant! Ultimately, after speaking with the owner, EJ Couvillion, I was able to get my money back for the lack of repair to my phone $288 (this took almost 30 days to get back, after a follow up call from me), but he refused to compensate me for any loss of my time or data on my phone. Unbelievable. If I did not follow up on my refund, I would have never received it. I think that they were hoping that I would just go away. I will not ever visit this location and most likely not ever this store again. I am strongly suggesting that you do not either.

If it was possible to give a negative rating I would, but sadly you cannot do it on google. I took my phone in for a screen repair and while they did fix the screen they did break the Touch ID. Fixing it is beyond their ability and they refuse to refund the money so I can get it fixed elsewhere. They are playing the old ploy of "we dont know if it was working when you brought it in." , even though the phone was shown working to the tech when it was dropped off. The best quote from the tech was "when we replace iPhone screens there is a 50/50 chance the Touch ID will work." To make it worse the owner admitted his employees violated store protocol, but that the repair for the phone is my problem now. The manager/owner said that there are only two ways that the touch ID will fail, both must have happened previously to bringing it in and would need a complete phone replacement to fix. One simple google search gave many reasons why it failed, the leading reason being a cable between the touch and logic board was crimped by incorrect screen installation. Be smart. Take your business elsewhere. Note: I took the phone to the Apple Store and 15 minutes later I had a completely working phone for the cost of a new screen. All it took was a qualified technician to fix it.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received at in & out smart repair. They not only fixed our iPhone screen but identified an issue with the battery and provided a battery replacement free of charge because even though the battery was likely defective they did not want us to incur the extra charge since we were trading the phone in . The owner is extremely nice and had a great conversation while we waited and provided adice around making sure we got done type of insurance coverage. One other thing that impressed me was that he spoke specifically about the vacillation of his own supply costs and indicated that when prices for supplies come down for him he immediately passes that savings off to his customers. That was very clear as the screen relacement was 30%-35% cheaper than other vendors. I will us in out as my primary repair shop going forward.

I looked into several places before choosing the best price to get my screen repaired. I went into In & Out Smart Repair and they quoted me the same price I had seen in the mall, which was the cheapest out of all I had checked, so I went ahead and did it. The man working was very polite and fixed my phone as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied with the service and I would go back to them again. I would also tell my friends to go there.

I was in such a panic yesterday after someone had stepped on my phone and made it completely nonfunctional. I went to Verizon and they referred me to In and Out and they were so amazing. They explained everything to me and were extremely friendly. I was able to drop it off and then come pick it back up after school. The prices are competitive and the employees are great. Definitely worth going to.

Highly recommend. I was referred to the shop by a representative in Tmobile. The owner and Tech was very prompt in making sure my daughters phone was brand new. Very affordable and quick. The owner gave tips in and out, about the iPhone 5s as well everyday life. Thank you for welcoming us!! See you soon. Hopefully, just to say Hello!!
