This location always has great customer service. I would like to recommend the retail manager Glenly Jerez. She is always extremely professional and nice. She was able to help me with something thst I thought was impossible. Plus, she was the only one in the store that knew how to do it. Now thats what I call customer service. Nick is also an awesome associate. He went over and beyond to get me a phone at a good rate. He is extremely personable and professional. I cant forget Kimberly. Now thats one young lady who can get the job done. She made sure I had everything I needed to take care of my phone issue. She is also really personable and nice. Cant brag enough about her professinalism. Thank you Dream Team.

My sons went in this store for assistance with my younger sons phone. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I called to follow up and not only was the store manager rude, she also hung up in my face after telling me to have my son call 611 from his phone. Isnt her job to provide customer service? My sons have T-mobile because its affordable but I may be switching them to AT&T where I receive excellent customer service. Thankful the lady at T-mobile 611 was helpful and provided great customer service over the phone. T-mobile needs to increase their qualifications for store managers if any of the other ones are like this awful woman.
