BEWARE SCAMMERS. Weve been scammed by a seller named Sunny first and his manager named Christopher. After a couple of days, when a friend of us who works for Verizon asked us how was our renewal experience, we realized what happened. This guy Sunny lied to me in my face telling me that I got a lot of stuff for free (speakers, cases, films, etc). The true is that I was being scammed. Instead of doing an upgrade he bill me all this stuff hiding the amount under a plan they have called Edge. Yesterday, Tuesday April 14th of 2015, we went to the store to do the claim and his manager Christopher not only got his back and covered him, but he also kicked us out of the store. What makes the situation even worse is that my wife is 7 months pregnant. Weve been clients of Verizon for a long time suffering all kind of issues with them (off course because we are the "sillies" here we payed always on time) but what happened here with Sunny and his manager Christopher is completely INADMISSIBLE. Probably they thought they can scam us because we are latin and well stay quiet, but you messed with the wrong guys. A Fraud was filed on Verizon and will be filed on BBB and well take this to the last consequences. We could have avoided all this horrible situation with just an apologize but it seems that the pride and believing yourself smarter than others is stronger than that. I hope Verizon reacts to this problem because this is a serious matter.

Worst Company/Store ever! Im going back to Sprint! I had the "pleasure" with dealing with a rep who had the WORST attitude ever! I had my phone for a little over a year and it decides to stop operating. The screen would no longer turn on and if it did, the phone would freeze then turn off. I use my phone 90% of the time for work purposes. The reps name on the receipt is simmna3-ep359. She did not keep eye contact with me, did not explain the step by step process on how to get a new phone and she was more concerned with how the "notebook paper" showed up on her desk rather than helping me get a new phone. Her job was is to de-escalate the situation and make me feel as a customer that I am wanted. Other employees were complaining about another co workers performance and whoever this red headed girl simmna is, she had a really nasty attitude. She is the reason why CSRs get a bad name. Why work in customer service if you dont like your job? I was in management for a home shopping network for over 7 years and if she was one of my employees, I would make her take customer service training. She was not helpful AT ALL and I dont really know if she actually reordered my phone. Im going to talk to Sprint to see if I can reactivate my service with them because I have had nothing but issues with Verizon. If I could give that rep less than 1 star, I would. Taking this to the BBB as well.

4 months ago my opinion was: "Really not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was promptly, politely, and professionally helped with my upgrade. Matt did a great job and gave awesome customer service." Today (9/21/13) my opinion changed. We went there to have my fiances phone fixed, replaced or upgraded. We were not allowed inside and had to wait outside for an available sale associate. Theyre reason was that they need to control traffic due to the new iPhone release. We werent even allowed in to browse while we waited? Oh, and it was raining too. We observed several associates standing around not helping anyone, and hardly any customers in the store so Im calling BS on their need to "control traffic". 5 mintues later, we were allowed inside, then waited another 5-10 before finally being approached by Dexter, who seemed less than enthusiastic to help us; why would a sales associates first response be that "its going to be cheaper if you upgrade online." ? Really? Not interested in making that sale, eh buddy? To top it off, the phone my fiance liked wasnt even in stock and we saw several folks leaving without having made a purchase. Honestly, were it not for the outrageous early termination fee Id incur for it, Id seriously consider switching to AT&T and bundling my cellphone with my U-verse service after this horrible lack of customer service.

Rude staff?!!!! Understatement. Arrogant?!! Understatement. This store is a MISTAKE!! THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE. Maybe that explains their care less attitude. It was shocking. I understand busy, but they werent. I gave up after sitting waiting after a half hour, as I watch at least three at a time sales staff walk around and talk with each other or just stare blankly into space. They rotated, not even the same three at a time. Beforehand, I tried to calling ahead numerous times to see if they could help, but they never answered the phone. I kept talking to a call center. The call center failed in calling. They never even asked why I was there. I WAS switching to Verizon. I WAS going to be a new customer. I needed help moving contacts from phones that the Woodstock store couldnt do. I had read these reviews but was forced to try them anyway. THEY ARE EVER SO RIGHT!!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!! THIS HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR OVER A YEAR ACCORDING TO THESE OTHER REVIEWS. Not just ridiculous... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Oh, they cant be that bad you may think. Thats what I thought. LOTS OF LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS STORE. DONT DO IT!!

"You can google it..." is the response that Walter, the Verizon rep in store, gave me when I asked him if he could help me clear out the memory in my old iPhone. I give two stars only because of the quick service. Other than the speed of service, I was not pleased with the representative in store. Walter did not explain the plans thoroughly. I didnt feel comfortable asking questions because he was condescending. Once he swiped my card for the transaction to purchase a new phone. He was done. He did not stand with me as my new phone was loading. He didnt bother to stay to help if I had any other questions. He told me to log on the the wifi and follow the prompts on the screen. After everything loaded, I spoke with a manager who was able to help me clear my old phone. She was helpful, but a bit unprofessional as she was talking to other team members about a Valentines Day package! All in all, I am not satisfied with the service received at this location.

Dont even deserve that one star. Just because I went to the apple store to trade my iphone in the sales associate did not want to help and was very rude. Did not explain thoroughly, did not offer solutions, did not apologize. No matter where I traded the phone, the service is still with Verizon. This person had no professionalism whatsoever. The apple store told me to either mail the phone to Verizon or take it to a Verizon store to receive my trade in credit. The boy just kept shaking his head, saying no and treated me like some dumb person who does not know anything. Well then explain to me what you know!!! You claim to be a Verizon boy but you seem to know nothing, obviously not well trained and obviously so unhappy about your job.
