I called to see if they had the I-phones, the lady said yes & that I qualified for the promotion, I then drove all the way down there and the guy said I didnt qualify for the promotion, I have been with boost for 3 years. Then he acted like he didnt even care "oh well Im sorry" was more in the tone of "to bad I dont care". I called the next day to complain he said he was the owner & he said again in the same tone oh well I already explained ( in an obvious your bothering me) tone, & Hung up on me....Terrible customer service, Didnt try to go out of there way to help after their employee told me the wrong info and I drove out of my way to get this phone. I would NEVER refer anyone to this boost!

Great over the phone invite. Made me want to go in for service. Excellent customer service. Spent their time fixing a problem on my phone that LG had discontinued so this should have been LGs problem, not theirs and mine. I appreciate the time and effort. They, after all, operate a brick and motor business but they charged me for service that any Apple store would have done for free.
