Recently I was talked into purchasing a $10 sim card for an ipad my husband got for free from his work. She told me how to put it in the ipad. The rep. said I would have free broadban till 2015. Later I find out that our new ipad doesnt have a spot for a sim card. I took it back to the store to cancel & get my $10 back and the manager refused initials M.N. Her solution was for me to upgrade and purchase a new ipad even though they new I was going to cancel the free service once you have to start paying in Jan. HUH??? Why would I spend $800 + to get a service I only wanted for free??? All I came in there for was to get my $10 back and cancel the service thats it and she knew that!!! It was not worth my time and lousy $3 worth of gas to drive to that store and not get my $10 back because it was past the 12 days!!! I went to Fl. on a trip with the new sim card so I wouldnt have been able to bring it back and I would have never bought it had the rep told me that some ipads dont take sim cards. Needless to say I called T-Mobile and they very quickly credited it and understood and said they were very sorry unlike the store. Had another bad experience yrs. ago. The only positive was the young man that day who tried his best but had to still be the voice and go between with the manager whom never showed her face.

T-Mobile (the carrier) is awesome (easily the best in the industry), but one of the employees here is committing fraud. I went in on 3/04 to add a line to my account (for the free line promotion). The visit was quick and easy, one of the better visits Ive had at a T-Mobile store. However, when my bill came, I found $1600 of devices added to my bill on installment plans. I contacted T-Mobile about the devices and they said that they appeared to be purchased on 4/04 at a retail store in Georgia, exactly one month after my in-store visit (and only visit to this particular location). T-Mobiles fraud department is currently working with me on getting the stolen devices removed from my account. If you have recently visited this store, I would double check your bill to ensure no new EIPs were added.

Have been a customer for over a year now. I am very pleased with how professional the staff is. I am always greeted when I arrive and taken care of promptly. This location also taught me how to use the T-Mobile application through my phone. Using it, I can check my data usage, add or remove features, and easily pay my bill. Im also always very thankful when they take the time to help me around my phone, even when I dont buy anything. One of the great practices they have is walking me through how to use my phone or tablet. That way I can remember it and be empowered to do it myself next time. Thank you for always being so helpful and kind!! Will definitely be back to this location if I ever have any future needs.

The reps (Nicole and Alicia) at this store were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and nice. My husband and I came in and they got us set up and never once made us feel rushed even though we were there even after they closed. They had multiple incentives and saved us so much money! I would suggest everyone to come visit them and switch.

Whats the point of buying through a retail store when they always send you to their website and to call 611 when you need help? In warranty replacement cannot be done in store? WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING? Ill never buy in store again. Very disappointed.
