Love the store! They are amazingly knowledgeable on the phones and products. They will work real hard to get you and your family if needed the phone you want. There is usually at least 3-4 people on hand at the time it is a small store in the mall. Most people dont know this, but when you go in the store and you see the price comparison to the actual phone company you want to go with the Best Buy Mobile Store can get the phone you want for a much better price! When the Samsung Galaxy III came out it was expensive where ever I went. I used to past the store all the time but never looked in till I saw a promotion for the Samsung Galaxy III ! I got the phone for $10!! That was amazing cause everyone else wanted at the time 50 to 100. I went with the Sprint carrier who had it on sale and at the time I got a good deal for it. I was so impressed with the customer service I received there. When I normally went to a best buy the workers didnt seem to enthused to sell or answer my question. Even the customer service people on there 800 line dont sound friendly... In the mall their located at theirs these little Eco recycle your old phones in it for cash. AND THERE A BIG RIP OFF!! With that machine I couldnt even get $50 for my phone theyll give you twice as much as any other place! They are amazing people and give you tips and hints about the phones and its amazing. Ill always go to them every time!

My wife and I had a horrible experience here. We took her phone in to be repaired which is guaranteed under her black tie protection plan. The woman who helped us was very under trained and was more concerned with talking on her cell phone than helping us. Once she finally did get off her personal phone she was very ignorant when it came to helping us with getting a repair order. We did finally get the phone sent out for repairs but once we got it back the phone wouldnt charge and was still broken. I have the same phone so it wasnt the battery because we switched batteries and it still wouldnt charge. We normally go to the retail store but was at the mall so we went to the mobile store. I can tell you this I wouldnt recommend anyone going to the mobile store and just spend the gas money to go to the retail store.

Much better than the Best Buy less than a mile away. I was helped the moment I walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful even thought they do not carry Fast Chargers.
