So I live in CO and I sent my daughter in tonight, about an hour ago (6:10p) to the store in W Carrollton. I told her to buy the upgrade for her LG phone for the Leon. The mail in rebate for this phone (which is nationwide) is a $50 instant rebate and then a $49.99 mail in rebate. pretty simple. However when my daughter went into the store the little girl working, (who by the way was on the phone with one of her friends talking about how her boyfriend beats her up) proceeds to tell my daughter that there is no instant or mail in rebate and that the phone will be $75. What a joke! I tried to call the store, only to get the 888 # for Metros customer service, as usual they are of no help. This probably wont be acknowledged, which wont shock me, but now my daughter doesnt have a new phone @ a discount, on a budget I get to pay full price because the sale ended today and the child trying to run a store not only didnt care, but lost a sale and business. Pretty professional,, NOT. Irritated as hell!

AWESOME! I was waited on by someone named Luby. He had the patience of a saint, and I feel he does this company justice. Im not savy when it comes to buying a phone. Ive been with straight talk for years. But Luby made the transition easy and smooth. I had SO many questions, and while he was trying to get me set up, he still answered my questions and was very polite, and went above and beyond helping me. He even stopped what he was doing to help me find a case cover. I hated asking so many questions, but I was afraid I would forget. This company dont want to let Luby go. Hes a true asset to your company. THANK YOU LUBY!

Took my sons iphone there had cracked screen well 140.00 dollars later they told him life time warranty except crack screen well 2 weeks later the screen started coming up well took it back an guess what they wont fix it started off saying there was a scratch on it then well u waited to long well argued with them over an hr what does a scratch have to do with it then what does 2 weeks have to do with a life time warranty not one thing still will not replace it took my 15 yr old sons money that he worked hard for an lied to him flat out DO NOT GO HERE AN PAY FOR SCREEN REPLACEMENT

The customer service there is amazing, dont listen to the old reviews as that lady no longer works there, now its a nice guy that is willing to help out. We are looking for a phone and we only got in there to look around and yeah we talked for a few, we left and we w Were taking about getting a new phone and service, next day we went and he greeted us of coming back. We bought a new phone and no only that when we choose a plan and he was entering it in the system, my mom changed her mind on upgrading the plan and he did it with no hassle. Great service and price!

Costumer service representative was very rude and offensive when I asked him about a promotional price he replied what dont you stupid Americans get that metro PCS changes its deals every 90days ....and this is under the new management that has recently taken over . My kids and wife heard this and even my kids was like sir if we (Americans) are stupid why do yall come to our country? I just bluntly told the guy hes the stupid one for letting something like that come out of his face. NO ONE SHOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING STORE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ......

Bad customer service. Sale person instead of helping customers was doing personal stuff. Ordering food and had some guy hanging around the store and just having q conversation with him when people are waiting. Im standing here and they r still having a conversation without helping.

Customer service in store is great. I left boost and went to Metropcs I have no problems at all with the service. Anytime I have a question the store manager is always willing to help and she knows her stuff.
