I have been doing business with the Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer at 36 S. Main Street in Miamisburg for a long time now and I have always been greeted warmly on entering their store, have always received the most professional possible help and assistance, have always had all my questions answered to my complete satisfaction and have never found a single reason to be dissatisfied with either the service, the people or the product. Everyone who works there is always courteous and kind and helpful and outgoing and downright friendly even to the point of spending whatever time it takes to resolve any problems anybody might have. I have nothing but the highest praise for this business and the people who operate it.

horrible service. they dont answer the phone ever and when they do it is only to say nothing and to hang up on you.. i had paid money down for buying something and now who knows where my item is because they wont answer. ugh. so i have to waste my gas to go there and see if its there yet.

Worst cellular experience of my life. The owner has no consideration of others time. Several months pregant, and I spent several hours in that store, which he never once apologized. I paid my phone bill, yet he shut my service off. I was irate, because I needed a phone to call my doctor.

this store is no better than the rest if anything worse and thats comparing it to the ones in the urban area of Dayton and the service stinks. I found out about boost mobile and i havent had one problem and the guys there helped me use my phone and everything
