My phone stopped charging and was going defective on me so I went into the location to see if they could test my phone to see what options i had. There were only 2 workers there (1 of which was actually working with a customer) the other worker, was standing there typing something on his computer (maybe trying to look busy) but he dared not to even look up and greet the anyone that walked in. There were a few people who walked in after I did so we were all standing there literally staring at the guy to see if he would at least say that he will be with us in a minute, or hello, or.. something... After about 10-15 minutes of standing there he finally looked up and asked how he could help me. I then told him the issues I was having with my phone and wanted to see what he could do. After not replying he rudely just took his cell phone off his charger, plugged up my phone with it and showed me that it was charging then and literally told me there was nothing he could do for me.. WOW! i stated, Im telling you I have issues with my phone and you are turning me away??!! I wasnt sure why this was happening or why he had such an attitude but he told me to wait for the other employee to be finished. Just plain RUDE and LAZY!! Keep in mind that the ONLY reason I didnt curse him out was because my phone was just about dead so I actually needed to find a solution that day. In plus I actually remembered the other employee had actually sold me my phone about 2 years ago so I waited for him in hopes that id get better service. So, I spoke with the other guy and ended up learning that my phone was defective and I could either replace it or get an upgrade. I opted for the upgrade and because he was getting commission on the "sell" and because my phone was about to die he gave me his charger. However, I had to come back like 2x because every time I tried to complete the process, it seemed like he was the only one working and he was always busy while the other employees goofed off and or ignored customers... Needless to say, I NEVER got a new phone and I still have problems with the one i have. Hopefully another location will be able to help me because I will NEVER visit this location again!! Otherwise, Ill just finish paying for this dysfunctional phone and utilize the "no contract" thing at my advantage and move on to another carrier..

NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME GOING. TO THIS STORE I stopped by somewhat late. But I had no choice since my galaxy s7 screen turned purple in many spots. I had to get a new phone. Robert working there looked at my NC license dated 2011(Not in brand new shape but well kept) and claimed the holograms are not good enough. They dont glow under blue light and dont look like the file picture for NC license we have on our desktop. I said sir this is a real license from 2011. It has holograms ALL OVER IT AND YOU CANT DENY THAT IT IS GLOWING EVERYTIME YOU MOVE IT I asked to contact a supervisor to help me since I have been a client for over 5 or 6 years with 5 phone lines. He said flat out that the store has no managers. I told him that Ill make a complaint and he said you should, we have problems with licenses often. After that I just left. Absolute nonsense. This guy set a new lowest level for customer service. Really sad... My ID IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR FLIGHTS AROUND UNITED States, BANKS, BUT NOT T-MOBILE. RIGHT!

My wife and I both have matching HTC One M8 (queue the awws for both of us having matching phones, i know, cheezy). Anyway, my wife was having battery issues, she was unable to upgrade the OS without the phone going into an endless cycle of restarting and never fully powering on. So, she tells the CSR this, and the CSR tells us the processor on the HTC One M8 cant handle Lollipop and to never upgrade the OS. She says the processor was designed for KitKat and was never meant to upgrade and neither of us should do this. The manager of the store just sat there walked over and listened to this mess, shaking her head yes. Posted on Tmobile forums and was told this was all bunk, and that the rep was full of it. Ended up getting it fixed without driving!!!! Love Tmobile, but not a fan of this location with reps who dont know the products they are servicing or selling.

Worst customer service ever. The representative did not even offer to see what was going on or give options to resolve the situation. He even sighted when I told him my phone memory was full and the only option i was giving by this rude person was to buy more memory. I knew more could have been done so I admit I stormed off and left. Shortly after, I called T mobile help desk and the very nice gentleman helped me STEP by STEP to delete some applications i didnt use or needed to get some phone space back. Needless to say, i will not return to this store because of this rude employee. If you dont like assisting people then do not work with customers, go to a warehouse, but dont take your bitterness out on the customer.

Last weekend had an issue with my phone couldnt be fixed so set me up on an old phone I had and ordered a replacement. Today 7 days later, went in and Robert worked very hard to get as much of my old info on replacement phone without every making me feel I was a bother. He was GREAT. Thanks Robert for your effort on my behalf and your patience with someone like me.

This TMobile location is SO helpful, friendly...They go out of their way to find the best solution for your needs, not just sell you the latest and greatest. 5-star customer service. Especially Garmon and Jasmine!

No matter how many other T-Mobiles I visit, this is the one I always come back to, because there is one associate (Chris) who is the very best that Ive encountered, and he always fixes all the problems that I have, that other locations cant seem to figure out.

It says it open at 9. I got there at 9:50. They said they are not open til 10. I asked if i can get a sim card real quickly and the guy said he cant help me. Rude and horrible customer service skill

the customer service at this location is excellent... as with all cellphone storefronts, the wait can be long, but they always solve my problems and are incredibly helpful.
