They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. None of the employees were helpful. They are all sarcastic, unfriendly, and do not have any knowledge about their phones. All they know how to do is take your money. I asked one guy to help me work the a samsung galaxy and he had no idea how to do anything....um do you not work at a cell phone store? Very uneducated people that work there. Also I asked them to work with me on a upgrade, my upgrade is in one month, and they said theres nothing they can do. I said sprint it offering to pay termination fees and give you upgrades whenever, and all the girl said to me was, " you should probably go to sprint then, if you can deal with their bad service." I said, "so you are not willing to try and work with me at all or have someone even talk to me?" She said no, you should go. Wow they just lost about 4 customers since we are all on a family plan. This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been to.

My phone is terrible & by no fault of my own. Even while in the store, the phone kept turning off - not the battery, just recycling. I told the rep helping me in the Buckhead location & the manager that it seemed more beneficial to cancel my contract at $160 termination fee and get a free phone or pay 2 year contract fee vs. pay retail value for a phone. His response "So youd rather take your wrath and vengeance out by leaving Verizon. I explained "No, that is not what I am doing. I am simply trying to give myself the best, most equitable option - which unfortunately, is to cancel my contract because Verizon isnt able to see past that to help me enough to sway me any other way". I left & wont go back to that location. Verizon is losing my support & Ive been a customer for over 10 years. Shame.

Watch out for the sales team, they will try to pull a fast one. Having a memory space problem with my LG, bought a year ago, I was told by the tech that the memory was used up by updates. He couldnt do anything to make my phone recieve txt messages so i was left with two options. Buy a new phone now or wait untill my upgrade time, only 2 weeks away. My boyfriend told me to wait the two weeks. Within 5 min he erased all my auto updates (he knew they werent needed) and my phone was working perfectly again. I bet Rodney and the other sales guys wonder why everyone buys online. Buyer better beware!!

Purchased two new phones on 12/15/2011 from this location. I knew exactly what I wanted, so my service experience was solely on the account set up process. My wife and I both transferred our phones from competitors and our experience was flawless. Ask for T.J. as he proved experienced, helpful and even stayed 30 minutes after his shift ended to see us through to completion (my wife was late arriving due to the infamous holiday traffic). Furthermore, he offers personal assistance after the sale to answer questions and problems. He was not pushy and even assisted in helping us save money where possible.

On the 3 occassions I have visited this store, employees are always cordial/nice, but extremely unhelpful. Even though I was buying products, they sell you the product and then let you sit in the store for hours while you have to figure out how to set it up/transfer info/etc. They also sold me a screen protector, that had a recall, and didnt bother telling me this until I purchased it. Thankfully, the employee refunded me for the product, but only after we asked. I only have gone to this location due to convenience, but I will not be going back.

Beware of the condescending, sarcastic, inept employee named Sue. She has no business interacting with people, and is apparently incapable of making simple changes to equipment. She must be trying to get fired and personally I hope she succeeds. My next step will be to report her to corporate, thats how horrible she was, and how angry she made two civilized, otherwise calm people. We have four iPhones and spend over $250/month for years, if loyal customers are treated in this manner, what chance do you have?

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years. Verizon Wireless is very focused on improving customer service. Over the time I have been a customer, VWs improvement in customer service has been incredible. The technical support for my droid has been "stellar". Great Company , happy to be a customer ..... keep up the good work. (my first positive review for any company)

I tried one of their phones 4g on a trial basis. Sales people told me all I would need to pay if I returned the phone would be a $35 connection fee. After turning it in they also charged me a restocking fee and about $30 for the time I had the phone. Totaled about $100 for having their phone for 13 days. The phone would freeze up on me multiple times a day.

I brought in an unlocked phone that i bought elsewhere and had them port over my number from my existing Verizon account onto the new SIM card. There was no charge for this and Shunn provided excellent service for over an hour to get it right. I spend about $1000 per month and am extremely happy with the service i received from Shunn!

They are just after your money. After two upgrades my bill should not be $640. They were not helpful at all. Worker Veronica lied and said we would not see charges and we later saw them on our Bill. They do not care about their customers it was her word against mine. I will never get an upgrade or do anything through stores again.

Im a Verizon customer with 2 lines. I make the mistake to get a 3rd line a jet pack hot spot device. This divine was at dial up speed after 10GB. Very bad service, slow service. Get the phones but not the hot spots. This mistake cost me $ more than $300

We had to wait 15 minutes one night and there was hardly anyone there. Also they would not replace or use an upgrade for our phone when the phone battery had died and phone would not stay charged.Customer service number were nice enough to hlep

The store has friendly service. They opened the door for me which was surprising and I got $200 for trading in my old phone. The new plans make more sense because the old ones were a bit confusing.
