My experience today at the Verzion Wireless store in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd. was beyond phenomenal! Cody Watkins greeted me immediately and proceeded in helping me to explore the best device and plan for my needs. He listened to my specific concerns about the process and the Verizon brand. He went above and beyond to explain, in detail, what my options were and reassured me that with his knowledge base of the product and brand that I would be making an informed decision. Dyana Leon made it a point for me to be delighted with my options by going out of her way to give me a live test of the device and adding to what I had learned from Cody about the product and services. She was able to provide me with the many details about things that I would have never figured out on my own with just playing with the phone at home (like the really cool hand option for the camera and some super awesome headphones that are great for working out). This really made me fall in love with my device. I ended up purchasing the LG V10, insurance and a Bluetooth headset that will all make my life so much easier. I Cant thank them enough for really caring enough to answer my tons of questions and dealing with my cynical way of thinking. They made me feel like I was VIP getting VIP information. I walked in lost, confused and very sceptical and left delighted and amazed with the time, effort and energy they helped me save.

This is officially my favorite Verizon center! Why? In one word: Kandis! I was in the market for a new phone. I went to another Verizon store to get the Google Pixel. I wanted to XL edition in silver with 128GB. I was told there were no XL in Atlanta and they were on back order until April. I settled for the black 32GB Pixel. On my way home, I passed Kandis store and called the store from the traffic light. Even though she was off, 5 minutes later I was talking to Kandis face to face in store. On the following business day, not only did I have the Pixel XL, but I had it in silver and the 128GB version. She drove all the to Acworth to get it for me. Not only that, I was in the market for a tablet, going for the big name. Kandis asked me what I was looking for in a tablet and found a tablet as well. Ive been using it for a month, LOOKING for something wrong with it. Glad to report the tablet is sleek, responsive, and awesome! Kandis really went above "above and beyond". Loving my phone, loving my tablet, loving the Verizon with Kandis. Thanks!

Corderio Vonners service in transferring to my new phone was exemplary! He was extremely Knowledgeable, Resourceful, and Professional in ensuring that not only that my transfer was seamless, but educated me on features of my phone AND my Plan that I was unaware of, that no other representative relayed to me in the past. He made this experience for me a stress free and relaxing one... Corderio Vonner could give lessons to others in any consulting/customer service profession on how to provide great customer service that all consumers expect and want - Keep up the great work Brother!

Shyien was extremely,professional, knowledgeable,and patient with me.Especially with all my passwords,accounts and lack of knowledge.She also helped me sell back my phone which covered all payments I would of had to pay that day. My pictures were not transfer to my phone. I was assured I had all my pictures. I was missing three years of important photos for insurance purposes. Art, the manager has not returned my call. I was there at least two hours. If you are helped by Ron keep your phone. All of my information on my old phone was erased and I could not get my phone back. This was two weeks ago. Make sure everything is transferred or dont let them talk you into keeping or donating your phone. As you can see I am pissed.

The Sandy Springs story has been consistent in their excellent customer service. Corderio Vonner greeted me warmly and patiently helped me problem solve the issues with my iphone6. He happily spent time with me exploring my options with purchasing a new iphone 7 (which was the best option) for the best possible deal. Corderio was knowledgeable, positive, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Corderio has a wonderful personality and excels at what he does!

I love Verizon because of Margie Crespo who helped solve an impossible problem w/her careful, knowledgeable, patient troubleshooting.She went above&beyond personal&professional limits to help me&my family successfully resolve&keep Verizon as our best provider.She deserves more than a "pat on the back".Margie should get a raise,promotion,paid vacation&,new phone but please dont take her away from our Verizon store.

Corderio Vonner, one of the consultants at the sandy springs verizon store assisted me after several other previous attempts to get my phone fixed. The minute I walked in the door, his positive energy oozed. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, he also set me up with a new phone, which I was told at another Verizon store I wasnt eligible for yet. HIGHLY recommend this store, ask for Corderio!!!

He has excellent customer service, he was very straight forward about everything & was great at explaining how everything works leaving out no important details. He was very patient and diligent in ensuring that my account was credited appropriately. My cell completely stopped working over the holiday weekend. I went to this Verizon store and service was great. I was credited money to my account and my husband and I left with 2 new note 5 phones. I walked in to Verizon thinking it was going to be a long process to get my phone to stop saying No Service. But to my avail I was eligible for an upgrade and the rep Rowen helped me out and made it easier than ever ! He walked me through all of the questions I had, was patient and funny ! He was beyond great.
