I went to the Buckhead store to replace a lightning port on my 5s. Got there at opening. Tech says no problem itll be done in 30 minutes. I return 30 minutes later and the phone was not finished because the tech was overwhelmed with customers being the only person on duty. When it is finally done he gives me the Yelp check in discount ($10) and sends me on my way. I return home and while the phone doesnt discharge while plugged into the charge it also does not charge the battery. I give the phone time to try and charge, no dice. I restart it, no dice. I return to the store to have them take a look at it. The warranty out the part and replace it. I get the phone back it charges correctly. I return home and realize the touch ID isnt working which worked until the 2nd repair. I once again try all the obvious things to fix it myself, no dice. So, I once again go back to the store. The tech disassembles the phone in front of me while the phone is still on. After disconnecting and reconnecting the Home button cable multiple time Touch ID still fails. At the start of this he saw me input my passcode and proceeds to memorize it and use it to unlock my phone, all without asking me if that was fine. I request that the tech phone a manager. He talks with the manager and disappears into the back with my phone. 10 minutes later he emerges with my phone now working correctly. He tells me it is a grounding issue this the connector. The tech reassembles my now working phone. Because of the inconvenience I request some or all of my money back. The two techs refuse and offer a free screen protector and a case. After spending the better part of a day dealing with a phone that should have been fixed in an hour, a free case and screen protector is a bit insulting. I took a case and screen protector for my iPad Mini 2 since it is better than leaving empty handed since that was the alternative. To the techs credit they were over all very polite and patient. The cost of iPhone repairs seemed uniform across all the repair stores I researched. My advice is to find the store closest to you and make sure that everything on your phone works before you leave the parking lot. I should mention that while waiting during my third visit a customer came in withe a malfunctioning iPad screen that he had replaced at that location a month earlier. Edit: Shazad just gave me a call to apologize. I appreciate his customer service skills. My original review was 2 stars but I am upping it to 3 because of his superior customer service. UPDATE 4/21: My phone refused to charge last night. When I plugged in a charging cable it would give me "This Accessory is not approved..." and refused to charge. I left it on the charger but the phone was dead by the morning. I attempted to call the store after they opened and twice was forwarded to a cell phone voice mail that was full. So after work I arrived at 5:45. On my way to the store I plugged it into my car charger and surprisingly it began charging. Despite it now working I wanted it to be replaced to be safe. There was inly one tech working and 2 people in front of me. As such, My phone was not taken to the back till 6:55. The tech finished and I was out by 7:30. While I am unhappy that I waited over 1.5 hours, it was fixed. Sidenote: It appeared that the tech could not find my record in the computer, so I suggest you save your receipts to be safe if you get a repair done.

Its good to see a reputiable cell phone repair store here in Atlanta! I live in Sandy Springs about 8-10 minutes away from this location and I have to admit, it was super easy to find. They are located in a shopping center off Pharr Road in Buckhead between Peachtree and Piedmont Road. When my cell phone first broke my iPhone was just cracked across the glass which was okay with me since the crack was very small. Then as I was gettin out of the car is dropped my phone again! This time it was bad. My cell phone fell directly on a rock and damaged the display. I couldnt see anything at all at this point. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone. :( I brought my broken iPhone over to IRepairIT in Atlanta and asked if my cell phone could be fixed with all the damaged I caused. The technician, dont really remember his name, said it could be fixed in 30 minutes! I was blown away, everyone else I had called quoted me an average of 2-3 hours for a cell phone repair service. I agreed and left my phone with the guy. I went to eat at Joy Cafe next door and when I came back in 40 minutes the phone was looking better than it did even before broke my iPhone. I also had an on going charging problem with my charging port which was also fixed within that 30 minutes as well! It was a minor problem but they noticed it and helped me out!!! This time I was going to protect my phone, I also bought a tempered glass and a protective case, which was priced much cheaper than the big chain stores. As much as I want to give them more business, I will be super careful and instead I will send friends that need their cell phone repaired! Thanks again!

By far the best repair store Ive visited near me! Breaking phones is an ordinary task since Im sometimes clumsy. Ive been to other repair stores, and most have never given as great service as this. Their repair prices are very affordable, far better than their competitors that Ive fixed my iPhones and Samsung phones by. This time I broke my iPhone 7 and needed it fixed fast since it was cutting my finger with every swipe. I called their Buckhead location, who called me right back within seconds of leaving a message. The gentleman on the phone was polite and answered my questions thoroughly. After feeling very comfortable hearing someone knowledgeable, I knew I had found the perfect place to go. I drove down to their location on Pharr Road, and walked right in. From there, the young man working there greeted me with a smile and made sure I knew that my phone was in good hands. I then sat and waited in their waiting lobby. You know when a business specializes in something when they keep their store immaculate and simple. When he finished in 30 minutes, I bought a tempered glass that was recommended and the rest is history. This visit was 2 weeks ago, as I finally made time to post a review, and everything is still working like new. Will definitely return with all my repair needs!

The service here is outstanding! Three weeks ago my phone went into a pool with me by accident and I put my phone in rice for about 5-6 days. When I pulled it out and tried to turn it on only half the screen worked - was darker on the right. I brought it to iRepairIT and the service rep examined my phone. He opened my phone looking for further water damage, checked the screen connection and tested my phone with a new screen to show that it was just the screen. He recommended I give my phone some time to see if the screen will get better on its own - putting a white screen on the background and give it about a week. He didnt charge me at all for this! Unfortunately, my screen got a little better but after two weeks I went and had it replaced. They were extremely fast and efficient had it ready in about 15-30min. If I ever experience any problems in the future with any of my devices - this is the only place I will bring them.
