Crooks. If I could give them zero stars I would. The employee sold me cases but said I could bring them back. Didnt specify that that meant only for exchange and not a refund. But of course they were happy to explain that detail when I tried to bring them back (still in box!) two days later. They could have "made it right" and apologized for the vagueness of the employees statement. Instead all they could tell me was "no."
