Fantastic customer service well AFTER THE SALE!!! I was unfortunate to have a newer phone that was on the fritz. I brought my phone into this store where I had purchased it previously where great, supportive and honest salespeople sold it to me. I was worred that the same support wouldnt be there after I had already bought a phone and was signed up for a 2yr contract. But I was wrong. Lisa was my support person and took the time to support me and bent over backwords to get my phone issues addressed & a loaner phone while my other one got fixed. She was fantastic!! And her manager, Brad, backed her up to get over a few systems and procedure hurdles to take care of me in a great way. I was amazed that their team had such cruddy feedback on this site. But then I saw a person come in when i was there and ask for something that was well outside their policy and freak out yelling at the sales team. I mean freak out like a child. As an objective person, my guess is the poor ratings below reflect some customers that came in asking for stuff out of policy bounds and lost their minds. Both my purchases here in the last few years went great, and the service after the sale blew my mind. I will have this store as my wireless store for many moons to come! One item, some times there are waits to see reps.. but for the support Ive gotten, its worth a wait from time to time! I think max ever there I waited 15 min or so. But today, I was with a rep when I walked in, same as when I bought both my phones the last few years.

Pre-ordered iPhone 7 on pre-order day @ lunch time (12pm). I was told item was in stock and I would receive on release date. Not only do I now have to wait until October to get my phone, I asked if I could cancel the accessories that I purchased ($30 case and an absurdly priced $24 glass screen protector) so I could purchase elsewhere, the sales attendant on the phone said I could not cancel the accessories due to the fact they were tied to the phone order (never seen something like that be an issue with any other purchases Ive made in the past 20 years) and had no information what so ever about how to get a refund on the accessories. he said and I quote "you can try to return it to the store, I dont know". This store seriously makes me want to leave Verizon all together. Im highly considering purchasing the phone out right and switching carriers. Very poor customer service and very poorly run company!

After wanting to add a new line to my plan, the new unlimited plan seemed like a good time to do it. Only to find out you will loose any employer discount you receive on this plan. Ive been with this company for 5 years with my discount and would loose that going to unlimited data. Sadly for them, I went accoss the street to AT&T and got the same discount for a unlimited everything plan matching the Verizon specs. The sales accosiate in your store was very unclear when I asked him about the discount, I found out through your online reps. That seemed to know what was going on. Moral of the story if you want any discount you get through your work, and want unlimited data. Go to AT&T. The service has been just as good if not better at points and they cater to customers a lot more and offer any discounts your are eligible for on any style plan you want. Which is fair if you ask me. See ya Verizon!!!

The team responsible for designing and building this plaza ought never to do so again. The parking area is extremely narrow, and contains a limited number of parking spaces. The Verizon Store is the flagship store and its nothing more or less. When Ive needed to go there Ive always found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable, however plan to be in there for a bit of time waiting for sales assistant. Now back to the disaster Plaza design. Verizon is the flagship but it share top billing with a nirmally busy Starbucks with an abnormalky designed drive thru. The drive thru holds 3 or 4 cars; after that the drive thru line causes a traffic problem where Caesar are lined up on the actual street waiting to be able to make the turn into the lot.

Worst experience in all of my wireless shopping, I had just set up service on 2-14-17 I had an issue with my phone the rep at the store was extremely unhelpful didnt even bother to open my account upon my visit explained I was new to Verizon and the issue with my phone and that I was within my 14 days and I needed to exchange. He simply told me exchanging my device wasnt an option the best he could do was have a phone sent to me in a week. So after this I just left called the gentleman who sold me the phone had me come in and swapped it right out. I will only deal with the Verizon Store in kenwood down by Trader Joes I highly recommend that location ask For Anthony or Jack its worth the extra 30-40 min drive for me

I love this location! I always receive great customer service. Prior to frequenting this location, I would visit the Bridgewater Falls location in nearby Fairfield Township. After many instances of poor customer service I decided to abandon it and began visiting this location. Of course, addressing Verizon needs on-line is the most ideal option but if you need a retail location this is your best bet for the area. The managers and staff are clearly dedicated to providing a great experience. Also, keep in mind that if they are busy you may have to wait. That is the nature of cell phone retailers. However, Starbucks is a couple of doors down and a tall Pike makes the wait more bearable.

Went in to change carriers. I told them that whaterver phone I purchased had to be compatabile with my cars blue tooth. Saleman did not seem interested in taking the time and directed me to his manager who basically said you buy it its yours. I went around the corner on Cinci Dayton Rd to a Verizon premire retailer and got great service. Salesman by the name Devon brought out a couple of phones to see which ones paired with my system. He went over several apps that I would be able to do etc. He spent almost an hour with me. I cannot believe the difference in customer service! These guys reallly rock!

Deplorable Customer Service. A salesperson we tried to do business with was dismissive about our concerns with a broken phone. Even though we pay monthly insurance to protect against damages, he would not replace the phone and accused us of imposing water damage to the phone. We indicated several times this was not the case and he would not honor a replacement. He also did not investigate potential upgrades for an alternate line nor try to help us with a Verizon-incented upgrade package. We left with no transactions being completed and he did not care we were unsatisfied.

Awesome experience at the Verizon store on Sunday, 6/12. Went in to upgrade my wifes phone and came out with a new phone for me as well. Stephanie was excellent! She walked us thru our current bill and then advised us all the changes we could make that would decease our bill. Very patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. We got 2 giant bottles of water that really hit the spot about half way thru. All in all Stephanie was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Verizon West Chester for having the best service in town!
