This location would get zero stars if that were an option. The customer service is something to be desired but the worst part is that neither I nor my 24 year old daughter under stand anything they are talking about, and I dont mean they speak with an accent either. My daughter went in 3 months ago to get a new phone and she came home ready to pull her hair out because after nearly 60 minutes she came home with a new phone but their new upgrade plan is not just as simple as renew every 2 anymore. I told her not to worry about it because she had no other choices since her phone had been smashed anyway. Well I went in 2 weeks ago needing to get a new phone and I left feeling the same way as my daughter had. You will need a degree in statistics to understand their new 2 year agreement plan, I had them write everything down on paper and the guy wrote out some weird looking flo chart as to how after 2 years my phone would actually be cheaper than if I paid for an upgrade on the spot. To this day I still dont know what this new phone will really end up costing me, yes I graduated from college, this plan is seriously the most confusing thing I have ever come across!

A bunch of crooks! My wife tried to get a new phone there last month after her phone broke. They tried to push upgrades and plan changes and my wife refused and they would not help her with getting a new phone. They said they could get her a new phone, but when she tried to finalize things she saw that they were indeed going to charge her monthly for upgrades. Complete bait-and-switch! I went the next day to see if I could get something done. The two guys were trying to push upgrades on me I didnt want and were teasing me about not wanting to pay for and have monthly charges. Today we received our Verizon bill and saw that our plan had been changed without our authorization that is $60 more a month. Fortunately, we called Verizons customer support line and they understood our situation and reverted our plan. Its absolutely appalling this Verizon store can and will change your plan without your consent to make a cheap buck!

Avoid this place..... beyond dishonest...they placed phone insurance on our account without my consent, were unable to transfer my contacts from my iPhone 6 to a 6s....I can keep going on. If youre thinking of saving time as you live in the area just head to the Verizon store at Northpoint Mall. They fixed all the issues this store caused...
