This is the most unscrupulous Sprint store in the state of Ohio. Be aware,this is an independent Sprint store,not owned by Sprint. They are deceitful in the information they give you regarding your plans. We have been with Sprint since 2003. We went in the Middletown store to get my husband a new phone,as he had dropped his phone in water. The salesman,Billy Baldwin,told us he could give us a better plan with upgrades. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! We lost our good plan and are stuck with this new plan. He crammed all kind of adds to our plan that we did not ask for. Insurance,additional data,etc. We had signed up for home connect to change our home phone to wireless. Took the phone back the next day,since ADT are home security system,said our alarm would not work with the wireless. 6 mo later we are still being billed.Billy Baldwin is getting commission off of these home connect systems. Beware!! Finally after 6mo,got some of our problems resolved with Sprint. The quality of my husbands new phone is terrible. It is his primary business phone and callers can not hear him. You get a lot of echo on the phone. We filed a complaint with the FCC yesterday,and waiting for them to contact us.There is a Sprint store by Dayton Mall,go there. It is owned by Sprint. Will be glad when this night mare is over!!! Billy will act like your best friend. After you sign the papers and go back for help,HE WLL NOT KNOW YOU!!!!

I originally signed on with Sprint about a year and a half ago. I was excited about my new phone, the LG Optimus G. The camera is great. I loved my phone for a long time until I started having battery trouble. It just stopped charging all together, and when it did take a charge, it said "Slow Charging." I followed up with the Middletown store and they sent me to Centerville for a replacement phone the same day. Now. 6 more months down the road, I am having the same issue. I took my phone to the Middletown store and the sales representative was quite rude. I am just over 3 months until I qualify for an upgrade, I was under the impression that Sprint has an early upgrade qualification and she said unfortunately that I was not yet eligible for that. She said," Well if you didnt use cheap chargers that you buy at Wal-Mart, then you wouldnt have this issue." I felt judged and also she "assumed." We all know what happens when we assume. I was quite shocked. ANYWAY- I ordered a new phone off of my 12 dollar insurance that I pay EVERY MONTH and was told it would be up to three days to receive the new one. So not only have I gone so many days without a phone but here it is 6 days later and have still not received a call that my phone is ready. I AM VERY UNHAPPY! Come October when my 2 year agreement is through, Sprint will no longer be my carrier.

If i could give a zero i would. I should have never gone to a 3rd party store cause now im stuck. I have one of the recalled note 7 phones. I call befire hand to see what all i need to do....i was told by the person to just bring the phone in and we will do the exchange. So i drive 35 monutes to the stote and they tell me i have to pay the taxes on the phone because their system is messed up and they have no way to override it!!!! Thats not my problem....as i should have been told that before i drove all the way there. The girls response was, you can either pay the tax or come back at another time. Um ok so if my phone catches on fire and burns my house down are you paying for it? Worst customer service ever!!! Needless to say i walked out and ill never go back.

Switched from Verizon and had bad service. I cancelled my plan in about 10 days in which I had up to 30 to cancel. They never paid my Verizon phones off as they were supposed to and when I came in to get my phones back they shipped them to a warehouse in which they told me they could not retrieve them. Finally after many times reaching out for help they finally sent them to me. When I took them to Verizon I found out the ones they sent me were not not mine and not only that there was a bill of over $800 on the phones and unless I paid off those phones I could not use them or trade them in. All together I had to pay over $1,300 to pay my phones off so that it would not go against my credit. You get what you pay for. Verizon costs more but its worth it.

I did a pre-order for the Samsung S7. The salesman said I would get the phone Friday. I went Friday after work and no phone. He said he told me it would be Monday. I confirmed with both people that were with me that he had stated Friday. So then the manager says the phone will be in Monday between 11a-1p. I called today at 1:23 and still no phone. This is the third time I have shopped there and the last. All three times I was lied to about products or payments for accessories. This store sucks!!!

I have been going to this stor for 3 yrs. I have always felt they are under staffed and the repair department is limited to doing little to none it charges to pay your bill there. I have tries to get my galaxy s5 charging portals replaced for 6 months they gave me the run around I have insurance but when you get a replacement its usually worst then the one you have I watched the video on things to try and the speaker system in samsungs are atrocious i owned a s3 s4 s5

I have been working with Kyle since December to correct my bill. Its been about $80 more than he promised since getting new phones in November. Ive worked with him for months and its still wrong. He even wrote a promise of $322 on a paper with his signature. Still its wrong. The manager refuses to return my calls. I just want to be treated honestly and professionally. Ive called about six times for the manger and still no return.

My experience was fabulous! Eugene McDade was great today. He took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions i had about my new phone, and completely set it up for me too! All while also extending great customer service to any other customers who came in the store. Very professional and curtious. I would definitely recommend Sprint to others.

Great customer service here! Anytime I need help with anything they are great! They dont seem like they are "being bothered" when you go in there. Which is a huge bonus to me! Any other sprint store I have been to, they either arent any help or they are rude. I definitely recommend this specific store for any of your Sprint needs!

Customer service is horrible the representatives for Sprint are rude, crude have no repect for your privacy. I would not recommend my family or friends to come to this store. If you have to have Sprint, go the Centerville store. As soon as my contract is up, I will changing carriers. Expensive lesson learned.
