Not in a contract and went to buy new phones for the entire family. Been a customer for over a decade and know all the ins and outs. Had the worst sales associate Ive ever experienced there. He knew no answers to any questions we asked and worst thing is he talked down to me and my wife like we were children and are forced to make a purchase. I walked out and we are considering switching to another carrier now for first time in 13 yrs. The last thing anyone wants is to be treated like Garbage from a company who gets almost $200 of your income every month.

Ironic I cannot get anyone to answer the PHONE at a cell phone store! And the mailbox is full so I cant even leave a message!! Trying to verify my order came in. No call nor voicemail as promised! Once my service started, I was given misleading info regarding a promotion and the sales person called me a liar to the Verizon rep on the phone! Combative and rude! Not helpful once he got my business. I have filed complaints with Verizon, Russell and voiced frustration via Twitter. No one else has contacted me! Sorry I left ATT!!!

Be prepared to be lied to and cheated..commision based thiefs!!! If you do buy something here.... call the customer service at verizon before leaving the store to make sure your plan and your bill is what it is supposed to be. they will lie directly to your face and have no remorse. We were a long time customer of Verizon until the day we walked into that store. Now Im a happy Sprint customer

So freaking rude!! My mom and I went in there because her phone wasnt working. We walk in, and were instantly greeted with "were closed." So my mom asked if they could just take a quick second, and we were responded with "I still have to take care of those people over there, and I dont want to be here all night." So rude and distasteful. Go to the store down the street, so much better.

Everyone is polite and helpful with any questions I might have. Ive had issues with other Verizon Wireless stores before and the sales associate was rude for no reason then even were harassing a female employee while she was trying to help customers but never this one. Great group of guys that work there!

Even though I have been a Verizon customer for years, I have never had such good customer service, as I did with Zach Louisio on 2/24/17 in the Beechmont Ave location. It restored my faith in Verizon Stores, where I typically get no resolution, very poor customer service, or satisfaction, for my problem.

You will get advertisements via text forever if you shop here. Ive called three times telling them to take me off of their call/text list to no avail. I just called after receiving yet another text and the associate said he was busy with other customers and hung up on me.

Terrible customer service!! Was talked into a phone I absoutely hate and when I let them know I was unhappy with the phone they could have cared less. Only worried about their next sale. Go to a real verizon store and get the customer service you deserve!!

Excellent service. Much quicker than going to an actual Verizon store. Have been going there now for some time as the line at the Verizon store is just too slow. Bought three phones from them. Highly recommended.

No one knew what they were doing in the Beechmont store. There are stores in the Eastgate mall and one in Milford. GO TO ONE OF THOSE AND ADVOID THIS HOLE IN THE WALL.
