I like cricket, just not this rude store. Me and wife went and got phones here, girl was borderline rude that time. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. Wifes phone had issues so she went back a couple different times. Same girl was rude to the point of wife almost lost her cool. Store in mason on Reading rd much nicer people. Only go there now never any problems.

I love this store. We had went to the one on reading rd in mason and the sold us a phone they said was new,come to find out it was a used phone. The store on dudley we love them always nice and professional when we have issues they work with us and do their best to resolve them. This store can do pretty much what a corporate store can. Love these guys you are the best.

Great service and staff had to wait a little but I got the best service when it was my turn so it was worth the wait they had customers who didnt know much about phones so I understand why they took some time but Im happy with my service I got I recommend this store

Ive been to this store more times then I have bones and have had mixed service. Mallory is the best phone expert to date. The other people working there are no where meat her level of understanding and helpfulness
