I recently had a water war with my grandkids at their pool side. After winning the war, I went to use my old iPhone 4s. I was the loser. My screen was black. After the "stage" of panic was over, I went to Staymobile in Roswell. Christine, the store manager was very prompt and courteous about "my" concerns. She told me there was no bench fee. She told me if they couldnt fix it ........no charge. She explained if parts needed, what charges applied. Christine asked if she could have the phone 2-3 hrs. She would call with assessment. 3 hrs later, my phone was repaired..........no charge! They cleaned it and I was lucky. Thank you Staymobile and Christine. John Agnew, Indiana

Not amazing, but not horrible. It was relatively quick, although the technician was not very engaging. Made it seem like a chore to have to repair yet another phone. I work for AT&T and could have cared for , but wanted to support the business. I asked about any discounts for AT&T referrals and he politely said nope, sorry which was disappointing as you can imagine how many referrals we could send vs to the other guys.

I had dropped my phone in water, and everyone at Stay Mobile did an amazing job of fixing my phone. The charging port was fried, and the staff went out of their way to find a port that would work, drove to get it, and installed it. I will never go to another store to get my phone fixed...they made me feel very important and taken care of. Thank you Stay Mobile of Roswell!
