Batteries Plus as a company charges for installing batteries into their customers car-security-remotes. The fee for my security-remote was $2, which is a ridiculous price to charge, considering how simple and easy it is for a battery to be put-in [installed] into my cars security-remote. This price for the battery that I purchased and the labor [installation] fee was totaled together on my receipt, thus I was unable to distinguish between the cost of the unmentioned-labor-charge and the price of the battery, which was 5.99. There is a certain chord of dishonesty that resonates through the Batteries Plus Corporation, and is manifest with Batteries Pluss installation-process and totaled charge, and I really think this two-dollar money charge is designed to help Batteries Plus make profit or maintain financial equilibrium yet this charge smacks of bureaucratic-swindling, and I left Batteries Plus feeling and knowing that something was wrong with the way my battery-purchase was processed . Yet I must lament that I was at fault for caving in under-pressure and not asking questions about the pricey total--that I paid, thus next time I will ask why my purchase seems so pricey--before I make a payment.

Made an online reservation to get an iPhone 5S battery replaced. Got to the store only to have the clerk tell me they did not have the battery in stock! Seems like the online reservation system does not connect to inventory... which is not good! Staff were apologetic, but this is a serious issue for Batteries Plus corporate, who I assume is managing the online reservation system.

The battery was messaged to be available when I ordered online, but when I got to the store there was no battery available. My motorcycle had to stay overnight where the old battery died. Luckily it was not towed away. Credits to Blake who called around and had the battery available at the store the next morning. I installed the battery and retrieved the bike. Battery works fine.

I called this location with a question I had to change my keyfob battery on my car. The level of service I received was amazing. They ensured that every part of my question was answered, extending even a contact # of someone I can call in case there are issues with my battery change (requiring programming of fob). Great job!

Battery was ready to go and pick up was easy. So high marks on the ease of ordering and pick up. But low mark on $5.00 core charge. Not Happy about the $5.00 core charge when I did not have a battery to dispose of at that time! That should not be charged unless you are turning in a battery for disposal.

I ordered online 2 items for store pick up , only one was in stock it has been a week Now and The item is still not in. I could have gone to a "Big Box" store and picked one up that same day. My debit bcard was aloready charged when I placed the order.. I am a Bit disappoinhted
