This store owner does not have a good professional moral compass. I brought over $1200 to this business in the sale of an IPhone and a Galaxy LG2. Carol had previously told me to bring in my charger and she will exchange it. I get there and Richard, would not honor the exchange. So I left, and told them I was writing a review. So now I do not have a charger and will also never do business there again, neither will by friend Linda. Hope this lesson was a good one to learn about taking advantage or a good sale and a good customer. Now you just didnt look very professional to us or our friends. Simply offering some decent customer service would have been nice, however, the $10.00 was worth loosing 2 good customers on your book Not a very smart business decision.. Now you have lost 2 good customers that were talking your store up, and now, will never return, due to you being too cheap to understand what good business is about! Shame on you both.

I have just started coming to their store about 3 months and I always have questions about phone pricing etc. but the Owner and his wife never act annoyed with me even though I they are tired. Sometimes hes on the computer forever but still very professional. I recommend their buisness to anyone looking to save money.

Kay and his staff are great. These guys possess incredible customer service skills and really listen and take the time to make sure you are getting the best value available! Very fast service, never pushy and just being in the store is a fun experience.
