Beware of Warranty Process! I noticed that no one talks about it on these review. Batteries Plus is too good to be true and heres why: 1) When I bought a new cell phone battery i was sold on "maintaining my information in the system so if anything goes wrong they can easily replace it...just bring it on in" they say! 2) So after 4 months my battery doesnt hold a charge and I bring it in. I say I need to get it replaced. He says he needs to put it through a 4-8 hour test and possible reconditioning process. In other words Ill be down a cell phone for a day and there is no guarantee they will replace it anyway. I guess if my childs school needs to call me for any reason thats on me to figure out. He essentially explained thats its probably my fault because i charge my phone overnight while i sleep (~6 hours). I have never heard of such a thing in any modern day cell phone. He gave me an elaborate plan to help extend the life of my battery...extend the life - tis 4 months old! Ha! My advice - if you plan to keep your phone, buy a "real" battery from an authorized cellular carrier. Its more expensive, but the generic battery from BP is not the same and clearly represents the service youll receive. Plus your carrier will actually more then likely replace it for any reason (really) because its their phone and battery.

I would give zero stars but Im required to give 1. Here goes....I was in their store today to have the battery replaced on my iPhone6. I went through the inspection process and left the phone for them to replace the battery. Upon returning and inspecting the phone there was a dead spot on the screen. It was instantly noticeable and when I pointed it out the customer service person denied responsibility - saying they dont touch the screen on a battery repair. I spoke to the manager who in turn called the owner and they would not do anything about it. I still had to pay the full cost of the repair even though they damaged the screen. Please take your business elsewhere, this is an example of very disappointing customer service.

Took my car here thinking I needed a new battery. Turned out after trying two new batteries, the problem was not my battery after all. Normally this would be a very frustrating experience, but they were SO helpful and friendly that it really made things better. Nicole and Sean were the ones helping me. Not only did they try two new batteries (and then put back in my old one), they also stayed late on a Friday night trying to help me figure out the problem, and then referred me to a mechanic, who has now fixed my car right up!! They were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back for any and all battery needs!!!

If there was zero star, I will rate this store as zero. I went to buy and install a battery. During the installation, a lady who installed the battery broke few pieces of other parts of inside car, and said she could glue the part which was ridiculous. I told her she did broke parts of car, she did not even say sorry. She kept saying it was no big deal, and become confrontational. Tone of voice was very aggressive, and attitude was not apologetic. I felt almost violated by not only terrible customer service, but also how she treated me badly. Not recommend to go this store. It was horrible experience.

I want to give a GREAT review for this stores personnel! I want to thank Nicole W. very much for being so personable, knowledgable and helpful. Not only was she very nice but she was also very efficient too. She remembered me from the last time I was in...back in December, 2011 & immediately knew how to help me. She was so good that she was able to get my product transferred to this store from a store in Marietta..THE SAME DAY! I love having experiences like I had today with her. Please consider opening up a Batteries Plus in town maybe close to Edgewood District.

My experience with batteries plus on Roswell rd. Has been terrible I went in to get a key made in June took three days to find out they couldnt do it and they didnt call me I had to call them to see what was going on.then was told I couldnt come in and get my money back which I paid in cash,was told they would mail it to me and as of today I have not received my refund.would not use them again and everyone should be careful not to give them cash if they really cant help you.still waiting on my money I think thats bad business what yall think

I bought a $200 battery less than year ago, starting having trouble with it and returned to store and was told battery was fine, Couple weeks later car broke down and repair shop replace the battery. Took the battery back and it was bad, they replaced it under warranty, but I had already had to replace battery at repair shop. I asked owner to give me store credit so I could get things we need, but he refused, does not make sense. Now I have a brand new battery. Makes no sense, oh well, lost a long time customer. Buyer Beware..

I would not recommend an iphone screen repair. I had an iphone screen repair and the replacement screen was noticeably lower quality (washed out colors, blurring during scroll, faint lines visible when powered off which easily proves its not the same or similar type apple uses). Additionally the screen started going dark occasionally and finally just quit after 2 weeks. Calling them to see if they honor the 6 month warranty and will replace the screen with something that works.

Very extensive inventory with everything imaginable under the sun when it Comes to lights and bulbs. At first thought one might think that there is no place for a store selling only batteries and bulbs . One would be wrong because they serve a very niche market and do it with impeccable precision . Any bulb or battery will most likely be available on hand . The convenience factor alone earns this four stars from me!

I had a great experience at Batteries Plus this past Monday. Not only did I find out that my battery was 100% covered under warranty, but I also received fantastic service from Brionne Edwards. She helped me get the right battery, installed it for me, checked my starter and alternator, and it was a 15 minute ordeal. THANK YOU Brionne - I will definitely be seeing you next time I need a battery!

Chances are really good that theyre going to have the battery youre looking for. But dont come here to buy a common battery that you can find in a grocery store or pharmacy. They will be twice the price or even more. Basically youll be paying to have them figure things out for you. If you already know what you need, youll save a lot of money buying it elsewhere.

They had the car battery I needed in stock, and I was even able to save 10% by ordering it online and picking it up. I had to go to the second closest location to find the battery (its an odd ball size, sometimes hard to find). But it was well worth the effort.
